I’m super disappointed i have been using cetaphil brand on myself for awhile and i loved that it was unscented yet highly effective at keeping my skin healthy and hydrated so i purchased this for my newborn. to my surprise the lotion was highly fragranced as well as the body wash. Don’t get me wrong the scent isn’t unpleasant but The body wash has a slightly less noticeable fragrance than the lotion but theses products left by baby skin extremely dry. and to make matters worse my baby was filled with red bumps all over. I still decide to give this a try I gave it to my 7 year old who isn’t know to have super sensitive skin because I thought maybe the baby skin is just extremely sensitive. My 7 year old was super itchy and it left his skin extremely dry also. So I wasted my money buying this product. Avoid buying this product it’s a slap in the face to refer to this as a baby product. ... show more

This product appears near the top when I search for fragrance free baby wash/lotion, but it is NOT fragrance free! The fragrance is quite strong and artificial smelling. More importantly, my hands feel rough after washing my baby with the wash, and the lotion stings the patch of eczema on my hand. I wonder how it feels on baby's diaper rash--not good, going by how he shrieks at bath time. I won't be using this product anymore. ... show more

I used this lotion at my son's father's house and loved it. It was white, thick and smelled lovely, so I ordered some off Amazon not bothering to read reviews cuz i knew i loved it already. Wish I wldve read the reviews...noticing it was yellow I thought it was weird but still put some on my arm thinking maybe I was mis-remembering the color. This stuff smells strongly of menthol and feels like icy hot on my skin. Washed it off and can still feel the tingle from it. For God sake do not use this on your babies with sensitive skin! At least don't get it from amazon anyway...idk what is going on here but this stuff is awful. ... show more

The fragrance of the lotion is too strong. My skin became itchy and overly fragranced when I tested it on my skin before applying to my baby. I wouldn’t recommend using the lotion on infants. The color of the lotion is an unpleasant yellow which is also a bummer.

I’m not sure how any mother would approve of this lotion and shampoo/body wash… it has a very strong fragrance! Even stronger than some of my own beauty products… definitely too strong for a baby’s delicate and sensitive skin!

I ordered this as I was running low at home. I ran out of the lotion mid bath time and open the new one.. it is NOT the same product at all. This lotion is dark yellow, and it is completely separated. It smells and looks like they added bodywash to a random lotion. I did not use it on my baby. Fast forward to next bath time, the body wash looks normal but left my baby smelling like dryer softner instead of the normal scent, and she then proceeded to get the WORST diaper rash I have ever seen by bedtime. Roughly 8 hours after use. Im not sure what happened here because it says it comes from the company but now I'm scared to buy any baby products online. I cant imagine if I didnt have my original products from the store to compare with what i received. Buyers beware. I'm just going to count my losses and throw it all away. ... show more

My newborn loves to bath but every time I used the lotion after the bath she cried. As if it’s hurting her. I stopped using the lotion. It’s also yellowish like the other reviews said. And she broke out in newborn pimples since then which is normal but with the use of this wash and shampoo I’m concerned that it’s keeping the pimples around. It’s been more than 2 weeks and she even had the pimples in her hair and by her chest area which I don’t think is normal. I will definitely dispose and get one that’s fragrance free. ... show more
