It cleans well without leaving a heavy residue or overpowering scent. Its a super affordable option copared to other brands I also appreciate that the ingredients feel simple and gentle compared to a lot of conventional soaps. I am a busy toddler mom who wants to be more conscious of the products I use in my home, so I have been making more things at home. I want to reduce the harmful ingredients I use in my home, so I decided to get this soap and use it as a base for homemade dish soap, hand soap, and body wash. The jug of soap was pretty large and has lasted me a while as I have been using it as a base for these three things. It has no scent and has worked well, especially in the body wash. In the dish soap and hand soap, it cleans well, but the recipes I have found dilute it a little too much, which is more of a recipe problem on my part than the soap itself. It leaves your skin feeling soft!

I used to buy Dr. Bronner’s and half the experience was decoding the bottle. With Wholenaturals Castile Soap, the experience is refreshingly straightforward. It foams well, feels gentle, and leaves my skin soft without dryness. No overpowering fragrance, no sticky residue, just clean. No scent! Cleans well! Gentle on skin! Gentle on cost! Some negative reviews claim the soap clumps when mixed in homemade recipes. That can happen for users lacking chemistry knowledge. The bottle contains a very clear QR code to download a PDF book containing recommended recipes for many different uses. About ordering. The ordering page contains options for different size bottles. Make sure you select the size you want before ordering. The bottles and sizes are clearly identified. There is no deceptive marking of bottles as some negative review suggest.

This WHOLENATURALS PURE CASTILE LIQUID SOAP is a very good quality product. It’s very effective and pretty much as advertised by the seller. I personally can’t use this product on my skin because I have eczema and if I use it very often it is drying.

So far so good... This castile soap contains real soap. I tested it by pouring some soap into a dish and then added some white vinegar. It curdled, so it does contain real soap. [If you follow a recipe that says to add vinegar to castile soap, you may want to pass it by...the curdling that occurs is the chemical reaction that unsaponifies the soap.] The soap is thicker than what I'm used to. Of course, there is extra vegetable glycerin in it according to the ingredient list, so that might be why. It does lather well. There's no scent to it. I'm looking forward to using it in my cleaning and other household recipes.

I use this stuff for everything, body wash, face wash, countertop cleaner, veggie wash, laundry soap! Non toxic ingredients have become very important in my household and this has become a staple. Dr.Bronners has made me feel dry after using it on my skin in the past but not this!
