Scent: This soap does have a mild “clean” scent. It is light and not over powering. Color: The soap is a non-see through clear color (or lack of color). Very rare to see soap not white. Texture: This is thick and isn’t too slippery/slimy. Goes on well but doesn’t just slide right off the skin when applied. Store Availability: I buy this on Amazon 99.9% of the time; however, when necessary I can always find a bottle of this at a local Target or Walmart. Price: I like that I can buy a large bottle of this soap for under $10, and it lasts a few months with daily use on 1-3 children. Sensitivite Kiddos: This soap doesn’t irritate my sensitive-skinned baby. His eczema doesn’t flare up with this soap. Overall: I’ve been using Aveeno baby for five and a half years for all three of my kids. The clear color, sticky texture (that doesn’t just slide off baby/kid once applied), the low scent, ability to find at a local Target/Walmart if I need it today, and thE low price-point on Amazon make this my go-to baby/kid soap and shampoo. I’ve been using it on my toddler for the past 3 days, and so far, there have been no negative reactions. He has eczema, and it hasn’t caused any flare-ups. It lathers well and has a mild scent, though I wish it were available in an unscented option.
