I highly recommend this product if your child is struggling with eczema patches. I started using it and within a week I noticed a huge difference. I also used it along with some tallow. Every time she showered I dabbed the Eucerin body wash and just left it on her until she was done showering. Works great for my 8 year old son who has been suffering from eczema since he was little. It’s gentle, no harsh stuff or fragrance. We always use a combo of this Eucerin cream body wash and the Eucerin eczema relief cream. Helps moisturizes his skin and calm down the itching.

Helps with the itching and for a bit but not for really bad cases or eczema and dematitis. But it isn't greasy at all. Doesn't create suds and doesn't leave any soapy residue. Washes away clean.
