We are obsessed with this car seat we purchased this in pink when we went to go get our newborn foster when we had to reunify her - we returned it then we got the call for a baby boy - and our local store didn't have this carseat in any color but pink so we purchased a different one - and we HATED it so the next day we ordered this online and returned the other one what we love... so our foster boy is premie - and in this one his head doesn't fall down at all - the cushions on the side hold him up very nicely hes nice and snug inside the carseat - he honestly looks protected from just a glance the criss cross handle - easy to hold and easy to rock when on the floor only downside is it is one of the heaviest car seats we have seen - but its worth it for protection

I'm going to preface this by saying that I'm not a first time mom. I've used multiple infant seats in the past including chicco, Nuna & Graco. This by far is the best bank for the buck. It has adjustable harness positioning and it's hassle free. It is easy to install and clean and it feels sturdy. It can be used without the base as well. The cons are that it's incredibly heavy. The sun shade is super cheap feeling and i don't think it could be compatible with many strollers. We bought this as a travel seat because our Nuna is expensive and we don't want to risk it getting damaged/stolen. This is a solid option for first time parents or even those who need a back up seat. I recommend this highly.

Edit: ***I found that there is a know in the back to lengthen the car seat as your baby grows. This helped the straps become less strenuous on myself. So if you have a newborn and the straps are giving you trouble, try lengthening the car seat first and then play around with the straps before shortening it back. *** The car seat itself is a pretty blue color but the straps suck so much! Even with following the videos, it takes so much strength to loosen and tighten the straps and when you have a newborn baby that just doesn't work for me. You have to be a she-hulk in order to make it work (and I'm a strong person, so that's telling you something). Perhaps we have a flawed one? Or maybe the straps are messed up in the mechanism itself? Also be aware that the straps don't loosen a significant amount. Maybe that's purposeful, but you have to fold your baby in half every time to get him in and out of the car seat. Which I understand babies are bendy and used to that, but he gets fussy every time we have to bend him in half in order to get the straps around him. That's going to keep getting worse as he gets bigger.

My wife absolutely loved this car seat. We had our baby boy recently and love the price, usability, and extra features. We love that it comes with a cozy “blanket” that covers him when needed. Also the leveler is a nice touch to make sure you put it in correctly.

We picked this out last minute and love it. She sits in it sleeps and I don't havevto worry about being to big to carry around. I bought the aet with the wagon and although we haven't used it together if in case we have another child this would be perfect to re use.She slept in it for the 5 hour drive. I can't say its not comfortable because if it was shw would have been fussy. The wagon is big enough for more than 1 kid.
