This clip was a great addition to my Infant Optics baby monitor. I originally had the camera on a shelf above my baby’s crib, but it didn’t provide me with a lot of viewing area even with the wide angle lens installed on the camera. This clip made it easy to still use the wall shelf for the camera, but the adjustable neck provided additional height to increase the viewing area. Pros: -the clip itself is sturdy, as is the adjustable neck. -The platform for the camera is also sturdy as it locks in on the bottom and has an adhesive attachment. -it greatly increases your viewing area of the crib Cons: -the clip is so sturdy that it is challenging to open, it’s pretty stiff! -The adjustable neck is extremely stiff so it takes some handling to bend in the direction you want it to. But because they’re both so stiff, you know that the camera isn’t going anywhere! -the maximum opening ability for the clip is about an inch, so if your crib rails/backing is thick, it’s not going to be possible to attach the clip to the crib. Overall I highly recommend this accessory. It’s affordable and really makes a difference in the viewing area.

Our little one moves all over his crib during the night and out of view of the camera when it was sitting on a dresser. Now since we have a full aerial view of the crib, we can always have eyes on him. The clamp is very stiff, but it stays put wherever you hook it. The neck is also quite stiff and difficult to shape, but again, it doesn’t move once placed so overall this appeals to how sturdy the product is. Highly recommend!

I tried other ones before that did not work, camera was loose and falling over all the time, but this one fits perfect, it clicks right in place. My only complaint is how stiff it is the neck and clip, it’s kind hard to open and move around , but I guess it’s better that way?!
