    • Won’t charge - CS Makes you jump through hoops

We had our monitor for about 4 months when the charging port became defective. To charge, you have to hold the device at an upright angle constantly. Even after holding it upright for hours, it will not hold a charge and will die as soon as you unplug it. I emailed the support team as it says there is a 12 month warranty. In order to get any kind of refund or replacement, they first made me send a pic, then a video, and now require you to send the entire kit back and provide them with the serial number from the box. It is as 4 months ago, I no longer have the box. In addition, I can’t return it before getting a replacement because then I would have no monitor at all to watch my baby and who knows how long it would take them to receive and then process a replacement? I’ve had issues with other monitor brands with my other kid and they simply sent a replacement right away. I can’t believe that even with video proof of the defect they are making me wait for them to receive the bad product before they will process a replacement. Because I need a monitor NOW, I am just going to buy from another seller. 0/10 customer service, do not recommend. ... show more

Coming from a Eufy baby monitor I wasn't sure how this was going to compare, but so far I've been impressed. The image quality, both during the day and using the night vision, has been pretty much the same. Hard to capture on camera, but the attached pictures are of the three different zoom levels both in light and with the night vision. The lights that show the sound levels are useful, and a nice touch. I love that the monitor charges over USB-C too, so I haven't really paid attention to battery life because I'm easily able to charge it wherever I am. Battery life has been good when needed though. Having the camera that rotates is also very helpful, especially if using it in other rooms where the kids may be moving around. Overall I would recommend this and would buy a second one if needed. ... show more

I actually bought this to use with a webcam and not a baby monitor because if I rest the webcam on the monitor, it covers the top of the screen slightly. It's flexible but also really sturdy.
