This is our favorite baby monitor we’ve used. I like that it’s not Wi-Fi so no worrying on that front, has the night/day mode, tells the temp of the room. I was gifted this a few years ago and it broke so I bought a second one, especially since the cameras can link together. A con would be the battery life is short. The second one did start having an error that it couldn’t connect the monitor to the camera; started every now and then and then just said the error and wouldn’t connect. I reached out to customer service and they tried to tell me how to reset the system and when that didn’t work, they sent me a new system. Not sure if it’s part of a warranty or if they just have great customer service, either way they responded within a day and I was sent the new one within 2 days. Super communicative and nice, good price for a pretty reliable monitor, and easy to use.

We've had these cameras for about a year now. We purchased a full set (camera and monitor) for both of our kids bedrooms because it was cheaper than purchasing a second camera to add on at the time. What I like about these cameras: -The picture quality is great. Night vision and regular are clear. -Being able to move the camera is great. I just have to put something under the back side to tilt the camera a little more on the shelf to be able to view my son's crib as we do not want to mount to the wall at this time. -I like that it is not a wifi connection. Not quite a like / dislike: The connection is decent when I go outside but I can't go too far. Our house is a tri level; not a huge house by any means (under 1,500sq ft) but my kids are on the second and third floors. So I keep the monitors on full volume. What I don't like but doesn't make a huge difference in our purchase: -The antenna cap is removable exposing the antenna. Not a huge deal but my kids can get them off if they're left alone with it. We lost one cap. It did not impact the working of the camera. I just keep the monitors out of reach of my kids. -If two monitors are too close, they loose connection. If using two sets (vs. adding multiple cameras on one monitor) you just have to keep the monitors a few feet apart from eachother. Again, not a huge deal. Customer Service was wonderful (if you have registered for your lifetime warranty). We lost out antenna cap and our charger port was dammaged somehow. We had a new camera within a week which we are very grateful for.

This has been a sturdy and reliable monitor for us. It was a decent price. After using it for quite a while the charging cord for the monitor broke. The company helped us troubleshoot and sent us a new charging cord for free which was helpful!

I bought this product in July 2022. Quality is good and so is volume and features. However, after a few months it stopped working properly. The battery would drain itself immediately even after I charged it for a long period of time. It would work as long as it was connected to the charger or briefly for about 20mins if left unplugged. In May 2024 I found the original box and saw the lifetime warranty slip by the manufacturer. I reached out to them via email and within 2-3weeks I received a replacement product. I’ve had this new baby monitor set for over a month now and so far, no problems. Thanks for resolving the issue customer service!

I love this camera so much. I had originally bought a different version of this one but ended up getting this one as well. The screen is so clean and the audio works really well. I ended up buying one for my sister in law after she had her baby and she loves it as well! I love that I don’t have to be worrying about batteries it just plugs in and works! The night vision is also very visible and the colors are pretty vibrant. I’d say it’s very easy and user friendly. Will definitely recommend to my friends and family!

We just had twins. We bought a super expensive wifi capable monitor which the speaker must have blown out bc we couldn’t hear baby crying which obviously defeats the purpose and was not safe. Bought this to try and replace it. Ended up buying two. 1 of the 2 crapped out immediately and the screen would not even turn on. Got a replacement. We have 4 bedrooms all right next to each other, and the monitor cannot connect through just the closed door of the nursery to our bedroom. It does not have an auto off feature for the screen. And, when this is “looking for signal” and beeping a beep that it’s disconnected (which is ALL THE TIME. All the time. I wish I was a troll but honestly I can’t even set it in the living room we are constantly moving it and trying to find a place where it would connect.) it turns the screen on, so you can walk over and dim it if you want but as soon as it momentarily loses connection, it will turn right back on. The battery was dead before afternoon nap. The fact that the connection only works when you are SUPER close is really awful. This is compounded by the fact that it beeps to wake you and the baby up, and to kill it’s own battery. Really really do not recommend. I have been through 4 and they all cannot be carried more than a few feet away from the room. Definitely can’t take to the garage or even the kitchen. Very disappointed
