Absolutely love the bassinet, love the ability to bring baby with me in different rooms of the house. The cradle feature is better used on carpet than hard floors IMO. However, the mattress pad that comes with this is a very thin piece of foam and then a plastic like poster board is the bottom support. The cover that came with the pad fell apart from the zipper and fabric seams with first wash. If you’re looking for a bassinet this is a great one but I would most definitely buy another mattress for your baby. Our little one was spoiled to a softer bed, as he spent time in the NICU. When we finally made it home with our LO, he would not stay asleep and would constantly wake up when we put him down. So with that being said we bought another pad and he actually stays in it now. Just a heads up!

The bassinet’s design looked promising, but the reality fell short in several ways. The build quality felt flimsy, especially for something meant to hold a newborn safely. The wheels didn’t roll smoothly, making it difficult to move between rooms as intended. Adjusting the height was frustrating, as the mechanism often stuck or required more force than expected. The rocking feature was another disappointment, as it felt unstable and didn’t provide the gentle motion I hoped for. The mosquito net, while a nice idea, didn’t stay securely in place, rendering it ineffective. Even the storage basket wasn’t practical — it sagged under the weight of just a few essentials. With so many issues, I didn’t feel confident using it for my baby, which completely defeats the purpose.

It's not that sturdy, The wheels auto lock randomly especially on carpet. It's not that intuitive to open the side and close it. The mattress is not that thick. I like the storage underneath.
