I originally ordered this case in March this year. My original case got a liquid spilled on it and stopped working. I liked the case so much I ordered a new one. The new one worked fine until it started having random issues. The keyboard was glitching and not typing the correct things and would even randomly take me back to my Home Screen. I contacted customer support and was very happy with how responsive and fast acting they were in trying to help me troubleshoot the case. The case still wasn’t working and I only had the new one for a month so, they went ahead and sent me a brand new one. The new case is working just how my original case did. As a photographer, having a case that not only protects my iPad but also can easily help me navigate editing photos and responding to emails. I’ve never had issues with my iPad in this case, it’s secure and keeps my iPad locked in. It also looks sleek and isn’t too bulky. The keyboard goes to sleep after inactivity but a simple tap on any key will connect it right back to your iPad Bluetooth. I definitely have and will continue to recommend this product to anyone looking to have the best of both worlds.

Absolutely love this case. I’ve had it for 6 months and I use the keyboard all the time for not only typing but for also playing minecraft. This helped me hold off on getting a laptop because I didn’t want to spend at minimum $300 for a half decent laptop for writing in documents when i have a perfectly good computer already. I will say there is some wear and tear on the area that rubs against the screen (around the mousepad) but no major cracks or breaks. The battery life lasts forever too. I’ve only had to charge it twice. It is super easy to install and fits perfectly! I love how closing the lid powers off the ipad like an actual laptop. The hinge is super durable and smooth too. 10/10 would recommend to. Anyone who has an ipad and needs functionality of keyboard.

I was on the fence between four and five stars, but ultimately I deducted a star for the mouse/trackpad. Everything else about this is fantastic, however, and I'm super happy with my purchase. For the price, this really cannot be beat. It is sturdy, functional, charge lasts a long time, keyboard is great. I use this daily, and no issues. And I mean i flip the screen around, take the iPad in and out of the case at least once a day, and it still holds it fine. There are a few things that people have mentioned in other reviews I'd like to address: Tabs that hold the iPad in. I was worried because in other reviews, it was noted that the tabs are minimal (true, but it does not take much to hold the ipad in), and that they come loose easily, and rotate themselves, and the thus the ipad can fall out. #1 - I have and angled drawing board built for the ipad that i use for drawing DAILY. This means i'm flipping those tabs and removing the ipad at least once a day. Been doing this for several months and not a hint of looseness on the tabs (my personal experience). Further, you still have to pop the ipad out even when the tabs are open, so I don't really think the ipad would "fall out" right away. MAYBE if you had the tabs open and were being careless, it could happen. But it definitely wouldn't just slip out without some kind a maneuver. Weight. This is a legit concern. I'd say it doubles, or slightly more than doubles the weight (without actually weighing). Not an issue for me. I actually find the extra heft preferable. But if that is a concern for you, there you go. Looseness of the folding mechanism. Again, I open and close this thing many times a day, and flip it around to use w/o the keybaord many times a day. This has been over a period of several months, and it is still as sturdy as new. Mouse. This is my one crit. The track pad is basically useless. This is because you cannot just tap to make a selection, you have to push it down to click. Makes doing mouse activities like dragging, etc. a real pain. Personally, I'm not fond even of good track pads, so i just make use of the touch screen, or an external mouse. So, it isn't really and issue for me, but it feels really clunkily executed. Frankly, though, for the price, they could have left it off entirely and I'd b happy. So there you have it. Really good case/keyboard option - if you can look past the mouse. Definitely great product for what you pay!

Bought this case and keyboard for our iPad pro. Gets used every day in our Rescue operations for reports on iPad. We ordered the black case. Pro: Holds up quite well, was worried about the thin connection hinge at the case to keyboard. But it's very sturdy. Adjustable screen angle is very nice and holds the angle. Back light of the keyboard is great for night time use. light weight, only adds very little extra weight to the iPad. Bluetooth is easy to connect and stays connected. Auto iPad shut off when you close the case. Does protect the iPad pretty will when dropped. Con: The case is a little to smooth, has slipped out of hands a few times. The little knobs that hold the iPad screen in place, has broken and chip to where it's not holding the iPad in place, but this was after dropping it from about 4 feet. The first purchase lasted about 7 months before having to replace due to battery not holding a charge very well. Would be nice if the back light for the keyboard would stay on a little longer. Overall a good case and keyboard for the iPad Pro. Still a 5 start purchase due to it's simplicity and reliability. Even with the cons I have reorder already, also there just wasn't much of an option for iPad pro cases to select from. This checked all our boxes and still use everyday.

Awesome keyboard case. Allows you to disable the trackpad when using a mouse, which I find to be a great benefit, as I tend to sort of lean my arm on it, causing havoc on whatever I’m trying to type. Backlight feature is easy to control, charge lasts a long, long time, and it holds my ipad securely, with no issues. Would definitely recommend, and would buy aain.
