I’ll start by saying I’m an adult and bought this doll for myself after losing my last baby when I was 19 weeks pregnant. My daughters have a couple realistic looking baby dolls and I found such joy helping them dress, swaddle and babysit their dolls that I decided I wanted one for therapeutic purposes. This doll is gorgeous. Some review pictures made it look shiny and the face is absolutely not. It’s beautifully matted and textured to not have that slick, shiny look like a cheaper doll. The quality is amazing and the doll is very satisfying to hold. The body is soft and exactly newborn size. The clothes feel good quality although the bow that came with mine does not match the color or fabric of the clothing which was a little disappointing. Downsides would be that one toe nail is painted down the top of the toe which is clearly a mistake. The arms, legs and head are so tightly ziptied that they are almost impossible to move. Also the doll is very lightweight which would be nice for a toddler to play with but for older children or for therapeutic purposes it needs to be heavier. I bought weighted glass beads beforehand to add weight so this isn’t a problem at all for me and I expected it so it in no way takes away from the quality of the doll. Overall I plan to buy this doll or others from this company for my daughters or nieces in the future.

She is beautiful! The prettiest baby doll we’ve ever owned! She is just like the picture in every way! I bought her for my 9 yr old but now my 18 year old wants one. She is very soft and cuddly. Her clothes are well made and so are the items she come with. She fits newborn clothes and preemie diapers, perfectly!

Why did you pick this product vs others?: The doll I received has the same pretty little face as the photos. She measures 19 inches and has a head and full limbs made of soft, smooth vinyl. The head has beautiful coloring, with pink lips and carefully painted hair. The eyelashes are skillfully hand rooted. The coloring on the limbs is fine except for the white nail tips, which are painted on the skin and completely missed the ends of the nails. The body is a little too bulky and square shaped, but the joints are free of stiffness and she poses with ease. Her outfit is high quality and seems nice enough for real babies. It's a fairly soft knit that has fine ribbing and Velcro in back. The buttons on the inner legs are just for show. She comes with all of the accessories shown, plus a hospital bracelet, in a cute, sturdy doll box. It's perfect for gifting and I recommend this doll for ages 3 and over. Collectors would love her, too, but not with the flaws in the detailing.
