Loved this chair at first but now I'm very very disappointed to the point where I'm angry. I purchase this chair in the hopes that it would last me until I wanted to get another one and at least for a few years. My other salon furniture has lasted me through the years so I'm very upset that the company basically brushed me off and acted like it was my fault. When you're doing clients, of course they're going to sit in your chair to get their hair done. That's what it's supposed to be used for. Two clients sat in my chair with black leggings on at different times and I didn't notice how the chair was stained until then. I've tried everything to clean it and nothing happened this thing is still there. I reached out to the company to let them know and they basically said that there was nothing that I could do to get a refund. Funny thing is I never asked for a refund I just wanted to know how to clean the chair so that black guy wouldn't show in my orange. I'm very disappointed in this company and they also did false advertisement before I purchase anything I always look at reviews, how the item was made, what material it was used when making it, and mainly I asked would it stain because I am a hair stylist and I use different dyes. If you read the description it says that it's staying proof. Lies they told. I just covered it with plastic and no I'm not happy but I don't want to waste money right now so I'll wait before I purchase another one from another company. ... show more
