Great hitch. I’ve should have purchased one years ago. Have a stock 24 Chevy HD. I would maybe buy the shorter one if I had to do it again. I believe I got the 7“ drop and it sometimes scrapes on large dips. I would have been fine with the 5” drop (leaving it stock). I only got the 2” and 2-5/16” ball combo. It’s so much better not having to carry two hitches or never have the one you need with you. Pull a pin, flip the ball, install the pin, that’s simple. It’s great and folds out of the way so no more busted shins. I do not have the multi-pro tail gate. The one with the slant is the one you need if you do. Also like the 2.5” shank so I don't need to use an adapter however, I’m not sure if you would want the adapter for really heavy loads or not? Good product and believe this hitch will last with every day hauling and work. If I had to gripe about something, installing the first pin in the slide is easy and the second pin can get a little harder to do. Also after towing it gets harder to remove the pins for adjustment but nothing a little wiggle doesn’t fix. Speaking of the pins, watch your hands when reinstalling them, as it can pinch you between the pin head and hitch if not paying attention. Honestly there is a plethora of hitches on Amazon with all kinds of cool stuff and weight ratings. Even aluminum ones and built in scales and shocks. I’m old school-ish and was looking for a sold hitch with a good reputation, so I decided on this one. When it comes to towing, it’s no joke and things can happen, so don't skimp out to save some dollars but that is my opinion. I would recommend to anyone who is looking for a standard hitch with a couple of good upgrades. Hope this helped.

Great hitch, stow setup is nice. Didn't like B&W's lock setup - made out of plastic so didn't buy it with the hitch. However, the hitch itself is built like a tank. Chrome is thin, one use on my boat trailer with fresh grease on the ball and it's pretty scuffed up. I really don't care that much. Like the stow feature. Fits tight in factory 2 1/2" receiver on my GM 2500HD.

Best hitch hands down!! All my trucks have this hitch! You get what you pay for. I love the fact its adjustable and can swing out of the way when not in use. Powder coating is holding up well with no signs of rust. Is is pretty heavy but i know that when I'm towing, its safe.

Great hitch!! I loved having it on my truck! Never a problem when pulling well over 12k pounds. Unfortunately, got mine stolen from my truck last Friday. Called BW see if there was something they could do to help. I purchased it through Amazon so I sent them that info. They offered employee discount and threw in a locking pin with no delivery fee. Thank you BW! Hopefully that new pins gives thiefs a harder time breaking it.

Just as the title says: The quality is apparent and makes leveling your trailer simple. My only gripe is how quickly it has developed rust but I do leave it on the truck at all times without regular maintenance.
