First of all, it is HUGE. The strap is as long as the strap on my "Adult" watch-fitness tracker and 7/8" wide, which feels awkward even on me, and I am 5'9" tall and 145 pounds. Secondly, though the listing indicates it is a good watch for children, SOMEWHERE in the convoluted process of installing the app on my phone and linking the watch to the phone I ran across a statement from the manufacturer that said it should only be used by people 18 years or older. I am sorry I cannot give the specific reference, but there were so many disclaimers and permission screens to work through that I completely lost track of that detail, but I definitely did see it. Though I had some challenges pairing the watch with my iPhone, I finally succeeded and all functions seem to be working except for the weather function. I have left the watch right next to my phone for almost 24 hours with both being powered on and linked and it is till not showing the weather, which is may be a minor issue for some people. As a basic fitness tracker this one can be used for most functions without pairing it to a watch (though I have not tried the many sports functions). I like being able to move through the various screens either by using my finger on the watch face or by pressing the power button. It can be password protected. If someone wants to use this fitness tracker without pairing to a phone there is a very handy date and time setting function (many of these tracker watches must be paired to a phone to display the correct time and date). If mine never picks up the weather from my phone I may just delete the app from my phone and use it as a stand alone watch-fitness tracker, though data will not be stored on my phone and there will be no signals from my phone that I have a message or call without the phone link. This is not a bad item, really, and could be a low-cost way of trying out a watch-fitness tracker to see if it is really something you want to use going forward.

My son absolutely loves this watch. It came with preloaded games which was a nice bonus but he really enjoys counting his steps and checking his heart rate. Battery life is long and OS isn't clunky like others. Great piece to keep him entertained on road trips and long errands.

Update: two weeks in and the watch has lost its ability to swipe. While he can still see the screen for time and basic metrics, he can no longer look at the various things the watch is supposed to track. My son has been wearing this watch for 2 days. The screen is already scratched and broke on one edge. I am just guessing this watch will have a very short life. He doesn't do a whole lot of playing around, he is 12 and would rather read. I was hoping this watch would motivate him to get some more active time in. But I don't know that it will last that long. The tracking features of this watch are nice and comparable to my daughter's garmin and my apple watch. I like that it tracks his vitals and sleep. I just don't think that the watch will be able to withstand any more "play" time.

While it’s my fault for not realizing before ordering that it’s not iOS compatible, I would have been ok with it if it was at least had the basic fitness tracking apps on it that I can use without a phone. Sadly that’s not the case, and I only have an iOS phone, so for me it’s completely useless.

This watch is listed as a kid’s watch, but it also works well for adults. It is large enough for an adult. It has all of the functions that I needed. It was easy to set up. It was easy to pair with my android phone. The app works well and is easy to navigate. All of the functions that I have tried so far work well. The heart rate function is accurate. It works fine for phone calls and for receiving texts. The screen is easy to read. I have been using it for a week and I haven’t needed to charge it yet.
