The AX5400 USB Wi-Fi adapter is easy to install and a powerful adapter for strong signals that enables a smooth, transparent connection. I had to obtain the drivers from the vendor’s website because of my Windows 10 computer. I do not know about Windows 11. I had a previous Wi-Fi adapter that occasionally struggled with a consistent, robust connection. The adapter's blue "strobe lights" could be a distraction depending on the device's location, but this is a minor to insignificant diversion for most. You cannot go wrong with this purchase.

I was abit skeptical of this product as I have not had a good experience with wifi antennas. I decided to give this product a test run and the speeds along with performance has been noticeably better. I will be purchasing more of these in the futre as the need arises.

I use 3 routers, 2 AX and one AC. I had to fiddle with the router settings to keep this one from disconnecting. Pretty stable now. Some channels still an issue on the AC router. I had to disable AX and 160 mbps. Not the best it could be unless I get rid of the AC router. 5.0 running at 866mbps. If I turn on AX on the AX routers, it slows down? However, it connects more reliably on startup than the built in Intel Wireless AC 9260 WiFi card. So, mostly what I wanted it for. Just does not work as expected.

I tried this product on my home desktop, running Windows 10. This product was plug and play and very easy to install. It successfully established a WiFi connection, but that is about it. The connection was so slow that 99% of all websites that I tried to get to never connected, the system would simply timeout or lockup my computer. Any link that did work, it was so painfully slow. I was forced to go back to my hardline (Cat5) connection.

My laptop only has two USB ports. One is occupied by a powered USB 3.0 hub, and the other is used by the mouse. This adapter won't work on the USB hub, and I need the mouse when the computer is mobile.
