I purchased two for my grandkids, one works great the others is horrible, we have tried to reset, it is difficult to navigate through the screen it only stays on the first page. I sure this was a return and passed on. Will return as well.

My 2yr old granddaughter was bord in the back seat of parents car. I bought her this tablet. WOW! She loves the songs, the screens. They bought some strong string to tie the stylish pen to the tablet so it does not get lost - be prepared! Battery life is great, USB rechargeable. Great educational gift or just fun.

My daughter received this tablet for Christmas. She has used it daily since. She loves everything about it. About 2 weeks ago, it stopped charging. It would say it was charging but never actually would despite using different chargers. Contacted AWOW customer service and received a message back from Martin within a few hours. After troubleshooting the tablet, he told us to send it back to him and he would send us a brand new replacement. We received it today and it is the exact same tablet. Very happy with the product and the customer service is amazing. Thank you so much, Martin!

My 2-year old gets very impatient waiting for this tablet to respond. It's soooo slow. Also, the battery runs down in just two hours. The charger that came with it was not good quality and stopped working after about a week. I would not buy again.
