3D movie viewing is a totally immersive cinematic experience! My previous 3D TV, required glasses which used pricey button batteries. When they died, the movie was interrupted while a new battery was installed. That is, if you had a replacement battery on-hand. AWOL 3D glasses are USB charged... no battery! The glasses have never died during a movie, even a double feature. Of course, recharging them before storage should be common practice. Also, there's never been a complaint from family, friends, and youngsters that the glasses were uncomfortable, even over prescription eyeglasses.

I recently purchased a Viewsonic PX701-4K 4K UHD 3200 Lumens projector and a Panasonic DP-UB420-K 4k/3D player. I needed a 5 good 3d glasses that are lite and does not fatigue my eyes. This fit the bill perfectly. The image quality is superb when watching 3D movies (hardly can tell the difference between 3d blu-ray and 4k, but the 3D is way better in immersion experience). I have watched more than 2 3D movies back-to-back without any eye strain. And because there so lite, I barely noticed that I am wearing glasses. My son does wear glasses and he put this over his and experience no issues or problems. works great. I Highly recommend these AWOL VISION DLP Link 3D Glasses.

Both glasses work fine. These glasses are designed for DLP projectors, in particular the AWOL LTV projector series. Since the synchronization of the glasses' lens are derived from the screen's display signal, they stay synchronized over a wide viewing angle. I can not comment right now, on the right/left or left/right synchronization, but it is selectable on the glasses.. The rechargeable battery is a plus. I have no spare time right now, so I can not quantify the light filtering characteristics, but guessing, I believe that the on-off light filtering is on the better side than other 3D glasses. Add an AWOL LTV, a good screen, and a darken room, you are right in the 3D action.

First time buying and using active 3D glasses (for a new AWOL 2500 projector system). I wasn’t quite sure how it would compare to the passive glasses I was used to. These ultimately seem to provide an even better experience. My only complaints are that it feels like they contribute to me getting a bit of a headache (but need to do a few more 3D movies to completely confirm) and they aren’t a really great fit for someone who already wears glasses. Really wish I could find a pair of clip-on glasses like the passive ones I’ve been using.

I wear glasses, and these work well with them. Things I love. Rechargeable. Thank goodness. I hate tiny batteries. Light Weight. Wearing glasses with these is easy, since these are very light. These work amazing with my AWOL Projector. The 3D they put out is as good as any theater I've been to, even the Modern laser ones. Things I don't like. A little expensive, but buy the 3 pack and it's a little cheaper per unit.

I got these to go with a New to Me projector I got at Goodwill. It easily and automatically paired with the projector and they are comfortable to wear. Overall I would definitely recommend it for 3D enthusiasts like myself that don't want to spend higher for the well known brands in this limited market.

Several weeks prior I bought a competitors 3D glasses because they were cheaper. Well sometimes cheaper is cheaper for a reason, they caused great eye strain and didn't process the 3D image well. I purchased two of these AWOL glasses and very little eye strain watching a 2 hour movie, plus the 3D effects were more defined and realistic. I have an AWOL Vision LTV-2500 projector with a 115" ALR projection screen. I'd recommend these AWOL glasses over competitors. These glasses are higher priced but they deliver much better performance for that extra cost.
