The garters hook onto the top of the skirt. There are no nylons with this set. The garters hook onto bands that just go around your leg. This could be a great set. CONS: However, the material on the bra and skirt is very scratchy. And the cups on the bra are very small - in the picture they cover most of her (large) breasts - on me they barely covered a third.
