  • Fast customer service and amazing PC!
Style: Q-Box 4
I ordered this as my first gaming PC, and I am in love with how fast this is! It runs Minecraft so smooth and boots up no problem! I did have an issue where my Wifi card wasn't installed, but the company sent me one for free as soon as I told them, and it was easy to install, now my internet is working SO fast. If you're a heavier gamer, this would be good with a GPU, but anyone else who does simple more CPU based games, this is definitely worth the money! ... show more

  • Great Gaming PC for Price Range
Style: Q-Box 4
I use this to play World of Warcraft. The game plays very well and the graphics are run at a high level. I've not experienced any lag and game plays smoothly. The system stays quite cool during gameplay, which is an issue I had with my previous PC. I would recommend this computer for people wanting to move to a gaming PC. There is also room to upgrade components if one wanted to do so. I may add more RAM later, but for now, it performs well for what I am doing. ... show more

  • Perfect gift for my 12 year old gamer!
Style: Q-Box 4
It arrived earlier than I thought it would. Came in perfect condition and the builders sent it with the motherboard box. Integrated video card but it really puts out an amazing image, even under stress. Immediately upgraded it to Windows 11 (you are offered a free upgrade during setup). Was supposed to be a Christmas present, but it looked like such a cool computer that I couldn't wait to give it to my son. Totally worth the money! Works right out of the box. ... show more

  • Amazing airflow; Great budget and CPU for gamers
Style: Q-Box 4
What surprised me most about this product was the airflow and temperatures I received. The average idle temperature sits at around 30C. To my knowledge, there wasn't any bloatware on the device, with the exception of the Radeon Software program installed for changing performances. In terms of what games you're able to play with this computer, I was able to play Watch Dogs and Hitman 2 on Medium settings. This is very acceptable for the price of this computer, even though you could probably achieve higher FPS status with building your own PC. This PC does contain what it says on the title, although my main problem with it so far is that it only has 8GB set of ram. You're DEFINITELY going to have to upgrade if you do video editing or playing video games at higher settings. Even with this problem, you're able to upgrade from four ram slots. I'm not really experienced when it comes to what PCs are good or not, but this seems reasonable for the price. I'm not really surprised when it comes from the 500GB SSD contained within the PC, however I wish they could have added a bit more, for a more expensive but understandable price. But if you're a simple gamer that doesn't play games like Cyberpunk or do video editing, it would last a while in till you have enough money to get an upgrade. The customer support on the other hand was really good. I contacted someone from their support team to ask questions about the PC, and they responded fast, with very good answers. Although I'm still confused on how to change the RGB fans, and I wish they at least made it less difficult in changing it. This PC also contains a BIOS which from first experience, had everything I needed to change performances and functionality within my system. With the case, you would have more than enough space to upgrade whenever you want, or maybe to put a few figurines inside (if your temperature allows it). This is all I really have to say, I would end this review by stating that it was a very good choice for a cheap PC. ... show more

  • Never heard of the company, but it's turned out great so far!
Style: Q-Box 4
I was really wary of buying a PC from a company that I had never heard of. I really wanted to build my own but I just couldn't get the specs to fit my budget. This PC was perfect for that! The case is pretty and, after the help of support, I got the fans to be whisper quiet. Support was quick to respond and very helpful. That was the best surprise so far. Hopefully, if I have future issues that will remain the case! So far, I would recommend this PC to anyone looking for a good, basic gaming PC for a kid who doesn't need all of the bells and whistles! ... show more

  • Decent for the price , horrible quality control
Style: Q-Box 4
Long term review had for a while . first thing customer should do add another stick of ram ryzen performs better in duel channel . also move the wifi card from the top pcie slot to one of the lower slot . the aio wasnt fully mounted on the cpu which under load like the new halo it thermal throttle and crash . it came with a cooler master semi moduler power supply which is great but never received the cables that goes with it . it great pc to start with it , just need to qc the finer details . like it has a aggressive fan curve out the box . you wouldn't have to if the cpu cooler was fully install correctly... Not a good entry level pc . especially for the price ... show more

  • Best value for the money. Excellent support!
Style: Q-Box 4
The system was built well. excellent cable managed top shelf parts. Coolermaster AIO, Coolermaster 750 watt psu, coolermaster fans. Asrock motherboard. Out of the box it ran just fine. The cooler rattled, but support immediately sent me another one and took care of me. Like some of the others reported it didn't come with a PCIe power cable for adding a graphics card. They also shipped that to me right away as well. AVGPC is a good vendor and this pre-built was the best value for the money hands down! Potentially a good start to upgrade into top performing gaming rig. I would buy from AVGPC again. ... show more

  • Some Bad, Some Good, but Arrived With Corrupted Windows 10
Style: Q-Box 4
Returned due to corrupted Operating System: Advertised as a new (non-refubished) machine, but arrived showing cosmetic damage to the case and hard drive exterior. New out of the box it booted to Blue Screen error followed by Windows Recovery mode. It then rebooted itself before Recovery could be completed, back to the Blue Screen error, and repeats this cycle. At least one other reviewer here describes receiving one that did the same thing. The Bad: - Chassis is fully perforated, which is poor for controlling airflow, will allow dust to collect quickly, and causes it to be flimsy - Clear side cover is weak acrylic plastic - Front fascia is a flimsy magnetically-applied overlay - Has only one PCI Slot - Has only two RAM slots - The onboard graphics is adequate for regular use, but HD Video & gaming will require adding a graphics card The Good: - Fast Processor - Decent processor cooler - Power supply comes with required cables and has adequate capacity for PCIe video card upgrade - Chassis fans are quiet (although other reviews have experienced differently) Impressions: - A good starting point for building gaming PC - Needs a dedicated graphics card, (2x) 16GB RAM sticks & an additional storage drive to be gaming-ready - I would expect machine like this to be priced closer to $399 rather than $599 ... show more
