Get ready cause the truth I'm about to slap you with is piping hot! I'm a big woman ok! I'm 5'2 and 430lbs! I have had issues getting beds because this 🍑 is LOADED and I need extra space. I purchased the King and IT 👏🏼 DID 👏🏼 NOT 👏🏼 DISSA👏🏼POINT!!!!! This is THE BEST BED I HAVE EVER HAD! And this is only after sleeping on it for ONE NIGHT!!! I can't sleep on my back my trunk is trunkin, she's an extra wide load and she's packed from top to bottom! But you know what I was able to do....SLEEP ON MY BACK! All I heard in my head was that sound from Tiktok "OOOOOHHHHH GIIRRRRRLLLLL THIS IS NIIIIIIIICE!" I have had other hybrid beds and they made my lower back feel the way SpongeBob looked after partying at GoofyGoobers 👀! It's firm but soft at the same time and my god I don't sink into the damn thing! I can't wait to put it on my bed frame when it comes in!!! Get this bed you won't regret it!!!

I was kind of scared buying a mattress online because trying to sort through all of the different good reviews vs bad reviews can make your head spin and question what made you come to Amazon to buy a mattress to begin with. But I wanted to upgrade from a queen to a king and I didn’t have a very large budget so I came to Amazon nonetheless. I’m upping to a king size because my wife and I are now having to sleep with our newborn and we know the inevitable moving and kicking in his sleep will come before we know so we had to upgrade. Our queen was a Serta blue fusion 300 that I had bought for $600 originally $1100-$1200. We loved that hybrid mattress because it didn’t feel like it had springs, it was just the perfect support and softness and coolness we wanted. This mattress is the same comfort, dare I say slightly more enjoyable than our serta was! It’s soft laying on it but not like too soft, it’s soft in that you can’t tell there’s springs in it and it supports so well. I was afraid that a new mattress would be too soft and out baby wouldn’t sleep well but this bed does better than the serta in that with our baby right next to us he can sleep flat on his back and partially sink in close to me like he did on the serta. It’s very comfortable and safer and I can’t recommend it enough.

I feel the energy instantly leave my body when I get into this bed. My corners never popped up, but I don’t really care about that. No mattress topper needed if you like soft firmness that doesn’t make you drown in the mattress. I feel good pressure relief and support on the mattress itself but with a soft topper it’s just too much sinking for my taste. If you want something closer to plush but not losing that support, then yeah get a soft topper. Cheap mattress and no fiberglass, you can’t beat that!

My Avenco Queen Mattress (12-inch hybrid) arrived three days earlier than projected, so it sat around for 3 days until I returned home. Ultimately, the mattress sat in the shipping box for about 80 hours following delivery before opening it today (04 June 23), and the manufacturer recommends opening within 72 hours so that's a tad concerning. Upon opening the shipping box, I cut through single layers of the rolled plastic encasing the deflated mattress. I was unsure where the outer plastic wrapping ended and the inner wrapping that vacuum-sealed the mattress began, so this slow approach probably kept me from being flung across the room upon opening the mattress packaging, as some buyers reported in their reviews. The mattress began inflating instantly upon cutting at the vacuum-sealed plastic that encased the mattress itself. Within a few minutes of opening, the mattress was looking mostly inflated, except the 4 corners that were noticeably less inflated than the rest of the mattress. I smacked the corners with my hand to help loosen up anything possibly impeding inflation. I intend to let the mattress sit for the next 3-5 days and see what happens.
