    • Weird consistency, but soft skin for days!
At first I really didn't like this. It has the consistency of like a softer petroleum jelly and I typically don't like the feeling of lotion on my skin. I like lotions that dry fast. However, one winter day I decided to give it another shot and I'm glad I did. If you can get over the consistency and how long it takes to dry down, you'll be very happy with how soft and moisturized you skins becomes. And the part that I love the most - it feels soft and moisturized for several days later! I apply this overnight every couple of days. It doesn't smell the best, but the smell fades away by the following morning. It helps with the itchy skin in winter, too. The jar is huge, too, so it will definitely last me several months. This is the best lotion for eczema. I have tried everything and also used steroid cream to heal my hands and this works the best. I put it on once before sleep and my hands are Lamaist cured overnight. I work in a restaurant and I’m a mother so I am constantly cleaning and washing dishes and this lotion has saved my skin.     • Use as a diaper rash cream
My little one gets eczema in her buttcrack so I bought the balm instead of the lotion since I was needing to cake it on in her diaper. This actually clears up her redness from diaper rash and works VERY WELL. I don't even apply it daily and it's only taken a few applications to clear up her eczema.
