I bought this because I'm allergic to nearly every perfume, fragrance, and odors on the planet, in that it causes respiratory distress (trouble breathing). There are only a small handful of fragrances/smells I can handle. Since I've tried every premade liquid shower soap/gel in all the local stores and had no luck finding any I can tolerate, I opted to try finding an unscented/fragrance free one and make my own by adding fragrance oils of the few smells I can tolerate to it. It was not an easy task. I was able to find some fragrance oils that were made correctly and were tolerable. The unscented/fragrance free soap was just as difficult. I have yet to find ANY that have absolutely NO smell to it at all. Most are made with ingredients that have their own natural odors, and many of those smells are pretty nasty. Also, many are very thin and liquidy, don't stay in the wash cloth nor do they lather up much (if at all). Not to mention many leave you feeling like a greased pig (very slick, slippery) an unable to scrub that slickness off. I'm very happy to say that although this liquid body wash does have an odor of it's own, it is really faint. The soap is nice and thick and stays on the wash cloth, lathers well, and doesn't leave that slick/slippery feeling. It mixes well with my fragrance oils (the thickness makes you have to stir it up more to get an even and thorough blending but well worth the effort). I am pleased as punch with this soap and plan to use it from here on out. It works very well for me. No rashes, no respiratory distress, just a nice clean feeling. This wash is creamy, luxurious, and so soothing. I actually purchased it for an allergy prone dog with terrible skin problems. Two washes within three days and he was already feeling and looking better. I would definitely recommend. The only negative is that it’s thick. Great for the skin, but super tricky to get out of the bottle. I felt like I was squeezing peanut butter out of a bottle. That said, I needed lots for a giant breed dog and a little one wouldn’t need near that much. All in all, a winner that I’ll purchase again ... show more

Noticed an immediate difference after only a few baths. We were using other popular brands of baby shampoo and our child’s eczema continued to get worse even with liberally lotioning them head to toe afterward. After a few washes with Aveeno, we noticed their skin was softer, eczema was less red and inflamed. Full disclosure: I use this as shampoo when I get a heat rash scalp flare up! I do not have a baby and can't speak to that usage, but for my purposes, it has been a wonderful find. I've been going through different washes for my lady bits and haven't found anything that's really worked for me without drying my skin or throwing off my natural ph levels. My obgyn suggested I use this and let's just say it's worked wonders! Doesn't dry my skin out and doesn't throw my pH off like other vaginal washes I've used and best thing is that it's unscented! Yes I am 27, and yes I use this face wash. I have super sensitive skin and this has been working miracles since I discovered it in October '19. I went through 4 or 5 other "sensitive skin" face washes before finding this and all they did was worsen my skin.
