Sealed in air tight packaging which is great. It sat in my mailbox though fir a few hours in 95 degree heat. I wish they had delivered it to my door instead. But great product so far!

I believed Kerastase had to be the best shampoo for my hair, but I knew it wasn’t just right, just that it was better than any other I had tried. Then my new salon stylist used this Aveda Botanicals on my hair and it looked nice for four days! That is a record for me; the first time ever! Aveda has a nice mild herby smell, but not too herby, just clean smelling. I got my hair really wet, used a few drops of Aveda and worked it through my hair, rinsed lightly, then washed it a second time with just a few drops of shampoo. It lathered really well! I love my hair on Aveda! I am really excited to have finally found my shampoo, the right shampoo. And it actually costs less than Kerastase. Win win. ... show more

This shampoo smelled nice but after using it about 3 times, I noticed that there wasn't much shampoo in the bottle as if someone had used it and returned it and they sent it out as new or what. I'm cautious now not to reorder. It's too expensive to get half a bottle.

The shampoo was great but the bottle was opened a little during shipping. I’d rather not lose any shampoo as much as it costs! Please change shipping so that the top won’t be opened!

Since beginning to use this product about a year ago, I have stronger, healthier, shinier hair. I have always experienced a lot of hair shedding when I wash and brush but when I use this product I loose a lot less hair!
