I have 8 feral cats in my colony and they took to it the first day! 2 or 3 will sleep in there together even on warmer nights. I put a plastic tarp inside with a thick bathroom carpet in for now and I will change that out for hay once the colder temps arrive. There is also room for a flat panel chicken coop heater if needed. The hinged roof and pop out floor panels make cleaning a snap, and the asphalt roof is very durable and makes a great spot to put the food tray to keep the skunks and opossums moving along. The materials may not stand up to constant sun and weather though, but under an overhang or on a porch where it is partially protected it should do well. Overall very nice for the price!

I didnt want to invest in a full size chicken coop so I opted for this as a temp solution. My chickens love it. It did come with a strong smell cedar smell fresh off the box. But eventually went away after a few days.

This is a fair starter house. super easy to assemble. it looks nice, but I dont think it will hold up long without some prep like staining it or painting it

Very easy and quick to set up. I thought we would need a ramp for my tortoise but a rock seemed to do the trick. It's perfect for staying above any rain or mud. We put a few perfectly places rocks and he climbed in before we even got the roof on.

This dog house is very cheaply made. My dog has already chewed it in half, the wood is so thin. It was stapled together with 1/4 inch staples. It's not even a year old. Cheap, not worth the $129.00.
