Really not bad for the price. It did take a few days later to get the other box with the seat and back part. Easy to put together. Color is nice, I have had it for a month and the heat works well and the massage works nice. It doesn't knead you when massaging but is fine for the price and is nice in a smaller area or apartment. pleased with purchase. But do make sure you put legs down before you just get up and out it tends to lean forward (not really a big deal but if you aren't steady on your feet may be a problem. I enjoyed this while it lasted. I just recieved this month (July) and the massage and heat already don't work. I checked all my cords and batteries. It's really not worth it. The massage only worked for 2 weeks then it stopped, also it has vibration not massaging still it stopped working.

This recliner is comfortable and fits our small living room. We did have some issues early on but they were resolved by the vendor.

Love that it's fabric, it's comfy and was easy to assemble. The draw back, it massages my upper back more instead of my lower back, which is where I need it most. The color says blue grey but it looks more grey than blue

    • Extremely uncomfortable and does not massage- only vibrates
My husband is 6’1/average build and this chair was tiny compared to him. It does NOT massage! It only vibrates! You can feel the massage balls in your back and legs when you aren’t using the massager, which makes it extremely uncomfortable. I’ve requested to return the item, it’s been 24 hours and I still don’t have a shipping label.. so we will see if I am even able to return it. Yes, it’s value for your money. But I’ve bought inexpensive furniture before that wasn’t cheap, this one unfortunately, wasn’t the case.. and now I have a $300 chair that I may or may not actually be able to return.. so I might just be out $300, which I did know was a risk. I read a lot of good reviews, and that’s why I purchased it.. I usually try not to leave too many bad reviews, but the fact that there wasn’t many for this item concerned me that someone else would make the same mistake that I did.. ... show more
