The Microwave works great, nice size but, it is very lite and the push button open doesn’t work well with it, you have to hold the microwave to open the door, I put a non skid carpet pad under it and it works great.

When I first got my microwave, it worked very well, I bought it in August 2023, In Sept I went away for 3 months so the unit was not in use, however when I returned the unit worked fine, but in June 2024 it suddenly stopped working, I reached out to the company thru Amazon and received a trouble shooting video which did not help me. Honestly I hate writing reviews like this but I also hate purchasing items that fail to perform as they should.
