The first time we used it, the unit shut off 10 seconds into use. If you jiggled the timer around you could get it to turn back on, do yourself a favor and pay a little more for a better unit.

This microwave was inexpensive, but works very well. I wish I would’ve bought my mom a digital display microwave but like I said this one totally gets the job done.

I am in a motel and it didn't come w a microwave the first one I got was broken Amazon replaced it and it works fine the time knob is not perfect but I know how long I need my food heated up.

It is less wattage than last but does the job. I love the space on my counter. Supplier had to replace first because it didn't work but second time is a winner. I would recommend this product.

    • Very Basic. Box was torn. Some design flaws.
The first thing I noticed was the big rip in the back of the box. I was terribly afraid the oven or cord may have been damaged. They weren't. The oven was hard as *heck* to get out of the box! Had to tilt and slide it every which way to finally get it out! It's definitely a 2-person operation, but there was only me. The dials are simple, but hard to read. Everything is "so dark." Also, the top dial, to set the time, moves too easily and you really have to "guess the time" you want your food to heat up. It's very noisy to shut the door...one can't help but SLAM it shut and this is annoying. It's also a bit hard to look in and see your food while it's heating up/cooking. Lastly, for the first several uses the turntable made a disturbing "clanking" sound as it revolved. After several weeks that has abated. Overall, disappointed, but not enough to pack it up and send it back, lol. ... show more
