The media could not be loaded. Great product, bought this in 2023, maybe opened 5 bottle before it stopped working. I dont open too many bottles so just had it on my counter as a background light, contacted customer service in 2025 to get it replaced was told at first it's only 1 year warranty and they won't replace it but was offered a coupon, then they changed their mind and replaced it for me for free. This one works great, I was told it stops charging once it's fully charged but the blue light stays on. Writing the review because they replaced it and customer service was great despite initial rejection for a replacement. It looks great on a counter.
