The media could not be loaded. Great product, bought this in 2023, maybe opened 5 bottle before it stopped working. I dont open too many bottles so just had it on my counter as a background light, contacted customer service in 2025 to get it replaced was told at first it's only 1 year warranty and they won't replace it but was offered a coupon, then they changed their mind and replaced it for me for free. This one works great, I was told it stops charging once it's fully charged but the blue light stays on. Writing the review because they replaced it and customer service was great despite initial rejection for a replacement. It looks great on a counter. I originally loved this wine opener. It was cute and fit our kitchen decor nicely BUT it stopped working after only 3-4 months of use. Even after charging it for as little as a few hours and as long as 24 hours, it still moves so slow like it’s dying and it doesn’t fully remove the cork from the bottle. After manually turning the opener into the cork, we’re able to get the cork out of the bottle but then can’t get the cork out of the wine opener itself. It’s really ridiculous and pretty disappointing. Of course we were past the return window once it stopped working so now it’s just a waste of money and I have to buy I know.
