The media could not be loaded. Great product, bought this in 2023, maybe opened 5 bottle before it stopped working. I dont open too many bottles so just had it on my counter as a background light, contacted customer service in 2025 to get it replaced was told at first it's only 1 year warranty and they won't replace it but was offered a coupon, then they changed their mind and replaced it for me for free. This one works great, I was told it stops charging once it's fully charged but the blue light stays on. Writing the review because they replaced it and customer service was great despite initial rejection for a replacement. It looks great on a counter. The cutter works great just hold on to the bottle.

After about four weeks, the wine opener stopped working. It churns away but stops short of actually being able to penetrate the cork more than a half an inch. I have to back it out and use my hand opener. I believe the problem may be because the opener can't keep a charge. I keep it plugged in all the time, but it doesn't seem to get fully charged. Do not recommend purchasing.

This is fun to use and takes the struggle out of opening our wine. It has nice weight to it and it reliable. We also like the LED light that's like a nightlight on our bar. It's a good value for the money, but is only 4 stars because this is the third one we had to buy as the battery has its limits!

Okay, I bought this becuz I struggled removing corks by hand and this works. make sure you charge this right away before use even if it is working. I used it right away and it didn’t work, tore up the cork inside the bottle and would not remove the cork. I had to end up using the hand cork remover. I will admit I was scared to give it another try but was happy I did, it’s smooth and easy. I absolutely love it!!! I’m always trying to find bottles with a cork in it now 😂

The red opener looks great in my kitchen. Its blue light confirms that it's plugged in and charging -- a huge plus for me since I often have to swap out plugs in my kitchen that lacks sufficient outlets for all my appliances. It works well. I'd read that some buyers found it to be slow, but I don't have that same view. True that it isn't super fast. But quite frankly I don't want it any faster. It only takes a few turns either way, so what difference is a couple of seconds. I would buy this again and would recommend it to a friend. Might even buy it as a gift! So, yes, I like it.
