Bought this one during Prime Days. Was shocked to see a Windows laptop with 32Gig of ram, 1T SSD hard drive and decent processor (Intel N95). Fired it up right out of the box. Had 3/4 battery left. Bit difficult to get the charger plug to go in hole but finally succeeded. Charges relatively fast. Battery last a bit under 3 hours for me. My only complaint is it comes with Windows 11 Pro that is locked in S mode so nothing can be installed unless it comes from Microsoft Store. Kept dropping the Wi-Fi connection which was really annoying. Might not be a problem for some, but for me, it is a deal breaker. Down loaded a free "downgrade" install of Windows 10 and replaced the 11 install. Wha-laaa!!!! I got a real loaded laptop with 32gig of ram and 1 terabyte of solid state disk drive!!. Only has 2 USB 3.0 ports, a mini HDMI port if you want to buy a cable and use an additional monitor (cable $7 on amazon). Bought a USB 3.0 7 port hub for additional devices like DVD or portable drives ($15 on Amazon). Has a micro SD card port. Got a 1 terabyte card off Amazon for $15. So, now I have a laptop with 2 terabytes of storage, 32 gig of Ram and decent dependability for $360 before tax!!!! I see that the price went back up to $1299 unless you are a prime member, which will lower the price now to $659. I feel like a bandit. Comes with a 2 year warranty so I just left it on the charger and running for the first 3 days. If it's gonna fail it will do so early in it's life. Definitely worth what I paid for it. First off I bought this computer because I needed something to type on and browse the internet. For that it is amazing I am very happy with it and the screen quality is amazing. It has a little bit of bleed on dark screens on the top of the rim but its not bad enough to be upset about. Just a couple little things that keep it from getting 5 stars 1. It clearly says 512 GB of ram but I am only seeing 480 GB with 440 available . it says it has dual speakers however I can only hear a speaker coming from the right side of the laptop and its quite quiet. Other than that if you don't care about those 2 things. It is not a bad little laptop ... show more

Purchased this laptop mostly for work and light gaming. It runs and loads fast, can operate the programs I need for work without any issue. Light gaming like minecraft & roblox tend to make it run hot, like very hot. I’m talking 100F however put it on a fan stand and that keeps the temperatures at a stable level for games. The battery life isn’t great but no bother if you’re the type to leave your PC plugged in all of the time. I'm rounding up; is probably give this 3.5 honestly. It runs well, is very light which was important to me and has all ports I needed. The biggest issue is the power cord does need to be babied; it does not stay connected as it should. It has not been provoked in any way or mishandled so, it's a manufacture thing. I turned it on, and it didn't go into a setup. That was strange, but I still continued. It just makes me think that it wasn't new. It was generically packed. No real manual. It was 3 pages in English. As expected the power cord is generic. It takes a long time to get even a small charge. The battery life is non-existent. It last for about an hour.. I did completely charge it, and waited for it to be 100% before I did anything with the laptop. Sometimes the black DOS screen will flash up before windows loads. Performance - It's OK. I was hoping for better, but expecting worse. The screen is great! It has bright colors. It does have a backlight keyboard. The price is amazing. Don't forget to clip the coupon if it is there when you order. Startup is normal time. Of course, I don't have a lot on it yet. Since I'm not a gamer, this laptop will work fine for me. I am bummed about the battery charge life. I would let you know that I have my doubts this is new. It might have been at one time, and they upgraded it. Who knows? Fingers crossed that it continues to work. If it dies, I'll update here. For now - when thinking about all of the above, I would say it's OK. ... show more

    • Major problems with this computer

Out of the box this computer kept giving an error code and would reboot over and over. Finally got it to work but then it locked up and I couldn't shut it down using the power key. I was going to remove the battery but I would have had to take the whole back off and that's when I noticed someone else tried to do that. I had to unplug it and let the battery run down. This one was used. I'm going to return for another one and hope I get a new one that works this time. Got a replacement within 4 days. This one looks new and has no issues so far. Everything loaded and is running fine. Will update if things change. Update: Second laptop is running great and I'm now happy with this purchase. I'm only going up to 4 stars due to the first laptop I received was used and didn't work but was replaced quickly with a new one. Update: 10/4/23 Still working great! I paid $188 for this computer with the save $80 off the listed price. This is my backup portable computer that I use while traveling and working on remote properties. It does everything I need it for and it's fast with no issues. It's a great buy at around $188 or better. ... show more

If you're an educator we all must use the HDMI we use it often for the Smart Board. The space is too small so therefore I will need to purchase an adapter so I will be able to use the Smart Board.
