I have a 2001 Sierra 1500, and this was very easy to install. The driver's side top mirror doesn't have enough adjustment towards the driver. It happens to work for me, but if a driver moves the seat up, they won't be able to adjust it for themselves. I also wish the convex mirror were slightly more convex for more visibility. Finally, there is very (very) little vibration on the passenger mirror. I'm impressed with how little vibration there is for this being a cheaper after market mirror. ... show more

So, they're good in a lot of ways. I like that these are power adjustable, heated (upper glass only) and plug-n-play for my 2001 Suburban 2500. However, they are not straight after install, they're titled ever so slightly upward because of the curve of the design on the side of the Suburban! That apparently was not taken into account when these were molded as the mount is straight and not adjustable, although the pictures of the product do show that the mounting base is tilted. Overall for the price, not really bad, just wish they were totally straight. Installation - pretty easy and straight forward with 3 bolts. But frustrating - one of the cheap hardware bolts/studs broke on install and I wasn't even tight with it yet, and no it was not cross-threaded. The bolts/studs from the OEM mirror would not work so I had to find a different solution but I made it work. It does make me curious about how long before the other cheap bolts break and I lose one of these mirrors on the highway. Driving with these, they're pretty solid and the mirrors are good view so giving it 2 stars just for that. In towing mode they do shake when hitting rough spots in the road, but so do the OEM towing mirrors on my 2020 Silverado 2500 so that's to be expected I suppose. ... show more

I have a 2002 GMC Sierra 2500 SLT that came with the small mirrors. These tow mirrors are very easy to install at less than 10 minutes per side. They work perfect and have improved my visibility while towing greatly.

Installed the mirrors on a 2002 Chevy Silverado 2500 4WD. Advertised to be a direct replacement for OEM with power mirror adjustment. THEY ARE NOT! The power controls did not work. Also, the mirrors are not level; they angle up and back from the original position. Basically, I have manual mirrors which are priced $40-50 less. I contacted customer support, they wanted photographs and my VIN. I sent them photos without the VIN and they did offer a full refund. I need towing mirrors, so rather than go through the hassle of removing and returning them, only to buy manual mirrors, I asked for a refund of the cost difference for the manual mirrors. Customer support referred me back to Amazon. I'm not satisfied, and I would not recommend them for purchase. ... show more
