First let me say that I'm giving these mirrors five stars after just installing them this evening. I will update my review in a few months after they've been in use for a while and have gone through several car washes. Aesthetically, the mirrors are awesome. I've included a picture with one mirror installed, and one old mirror on so you can the contrast. These really made a huge difference in the looks of my truck. I just felt like the old ones were just black paddles hanging out in the wind. The new style mirrors have really given my truck a whole new look. Installation was easy once I carefully removed the door panel. The wiring harness was pretty much identical to the factory harness and plugged right in. I have yet to wire in the reverse light as I'm going to use it as a security light for when the dome light comes on via the remote entry or when the door opens, and am awaiting the wiring diagrams from a mechanic friend of mine. Once I get the diagrams, I'll also turn the led Amber turn signals into dual function clearance light/turn signal. The power adjusting motors work well and the mirror operates in all directions on both sides of my truck. The lower blind spot mirror has distortion on the top edge on both sides of the vehicle, but I feel that's to be expected as they are not glass, not OEM and only 178.00 for the set. Same can be said for the chrome on the outside, there is some slight ripple effect, but not noticeable unless you're within a cple feet. The red LEDs signals in the mirror work very well and very bright. The Amber LEDs on the outside function great as turn signals and they too are nice and bright. We will see if they stand the test of time. That being said, I am very happy with these mirrors. PS, use the factory washers and hardware from the old mirrors on the inside of the door. These mirrors are very nice and change the look of my truck. I do suggest wiring up the amber lights to be clearance lights though. I had my mechanic wire these up, and I had him use a resistor and diodes to make the amber lights dual functioning. I had him use a 470 ohm resistor to limit the power for the clearance lights. This allowed the lights to function as running lights and signals. At first ai thought the new style trucks were like this, but ai found out afterwards that the factory mirrors are just clearance lights. So with the 470 ohm resistors on mine, the clearance are definitely dimmer than the oem 2015 style mirrors. Now that it's all wired up, soldered and heat shrunk, I won't change it now, but if you are like me and like brighter leds, I would at least go with a 220 ohm resistor instead, or just wire them as clearance lights. Either way, I still LOVE the look of them especially at night. I also have the white leds wired to my reverse lights, which gives a little more light when backing up. I have these 4 stars, only because they are not exactly oem quality, which is to be expected for the price. Otherwise I highly recommend these mirrors!! UPDATE: Each amber led has 8 leds in them. The drivers side mirror, the inside 4 leds quit working. They flicker on sometimes but are basically done for. Just ordered the oem amber light for $90 and hopefully it works. Have to disassemble yhe whole mirror again.... ... show more

Got these mirrors about a year ago, holding up very well, no issues what so ever, was very easy to install took about 45 min to do both, good visual clearance the side lights are great when backing up at night.

Opened the box and noticed one mirror was still wrapped up and the other was unwrapped. Pulled the unwrapped one out of the box and saw it had defective written on it.

Super easy to install plug and play on my 04 Silverado 1500. I love them signals on the out side are bright and well lit. The ones on the face of the mirror are bright but not distracting while driving. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a new look on there truck

I absolutely love the look of these BUT, they don't work properly. 1. ) The Driver's Side mirror won't adjust using the control pad after starting the vehicle and I have to manually reposition it. 2.) Mirrors won't stay programmed and focus all the way down to the outtermost position for the Driver's Side and to the innermost position for the Passenger Side, respectively. 3.) Reverse/Towlights don't work... Again, they look great but they have a lot of issues. ... show more

Great product. Seems to be good quality and fit perfectly on my 2013 Silverado. One of my mirrors came damaged but they sent a replacement very quickly. Customer service is excellent. It would be nice if the main wire harness was a slightly longer as it can't be routed the same way the factory harness was originally. They don't shake or vibrate on the highway. Overall this is a good choice for the price and I'm happy with them. Update May 2018 : Been installed for 3 months with no major issues except the right upper glass kept popping off when I cleaned it. After the third time it came off I applied a small dab of RTV black adhesive to the mounting tabs on the back and snapped it back on and it has stayed on since. Still looks good. ... show more
