There's not much support on this brand so it took alot of research to figure out why it was leaking. Customer service is non existent. If you have a manual vehicle you need short plugs in both sides. They only send you 1, even though it says that it will fit a MT or AT. I had to cut the long plug and used JB weld epoxy to make it match the one provided. Hopefully it holds. I would appreciate it if they sent me a short plug that I don't have to worry about. ... show more

This exact same radiator is sold through a euro car specific parts website at a substantial markup, and includes two sets of bottom radiator plugs (long and short) that makes it usable for both auto and manual transmission cars. This product is one tiny piece of plastic away from being a correct fit for my car. I used the spare long one and cut, drilled, tapped, and glued it together to make it the right length. Can’t find the little part anywhere online, so I made it myself. Leak free and works wonderfully. Subtracting stars for having to create my own solution to something that should be included. ... show more

Manual didn't says anything about the different size plugs that was provided. My 2010 BMW 328i is automatic, so it uses the longer plugs on both side of the new radiator. You can make sure by checking out the length on the plug on the old radiator(the part that house the blue screw cap).
