Got this pair of headlights for my daughters car and they look great. The box that it came in was packaged very well so even if the box gets beat up, the Styrofoam would keep it safe. It did take a little bit to put on since you have to loosen up the bumper also. Videos show that you have to take the bumper completely off but I managed to do it with out removing it completely. The top hole clips on the headlight assembly are not the same as the factory ones but with a little wiggle and push, I was able to place it in and screw it back on. ... show more

These headlights were new, not used. One headlight was fine; the other had an aperture that was too small for correct installation. My mechanic installed it anyway (enlarging the aperture by force). My mechanic had warned me that installing it in that way ran the risk of damaging the headlight, but I did not have time to wait, so I asked him to go ahead. In fact, he was successful, but the product defect had caused me to run a risk of damaging the car. If it had not been for that defect, I would have been happy to rate this product as five stars. Customer service was very good. I knew that a refund was not possible because I had no photo of the defective product, but I called Customer Service anyway, just to let them know about the issue. They were very polite and helpful and did what they could to assist me. ... show more
