One of the lower support/adjustments (LH side) on the actual light wouldn't clip into its bracket properly so it would come out with minimal pull when installing it; not securing the light. The other light (RH side) was good. A little superglue and that resolved that issue. I don't know why you would ever need to remove it from the light bracket anyway. I debated sending them both back, but it was on the light that was broken. So I'm out an additional $8 but it worked. ... show more

UPDATE: The chrome is peeling, and the plastic is showing through. My son is no longer happy with this purchase. No mechanic, not the good ones, have clean scrubbed trucks, but under the dirt is quality work. Good parts are a requirement, a silent, simple advert that quality is the priority. This product is a FAILURE! The 2006 is the newest member of our backyard fleet, and she got into an argument with another truck. They both broke their fenders, and ended up with broken headlights… My son was doing the Happy Mechanics’ Dance, finding these arrived three days early. If you want a grown child to return home, order him truck parts. These and the Ford emblems were installed promptly, in my parking lot, and all before I had gotten his trash taken out, so I presume, installation isn’t complicated. The price is fair, it isn’t like molded plastic is, or should be, cheap. If you buy cheap, you get that. Parts can be had second hand from any junk yard. However, it’s nice when it freezing out, to have parts sent. I don’t know what’s special about these, but, he likes them, and I think they look nice. ... show more
