Features

  • No Overload Any More - If the tool motor connected to the 'I' port exceeds 27.5W, the vacuum connected to the 'II' port will automatically delay 0.5s to turn on, which helps prevent circuit overloaded by large current if tool and vacuum power-on at the same time.
  • 0.5s Auto Delay Control for the Vacuum On - The shorter the delay, the faster your vacuum will work, the cleaner your home will be. Automatic delays 0.5s to turn on the vacuum when you start your tool, which is more fast than other switches in the market. Why not make your home a little cleaner?
  • 5s Auto Delay Control for Vacuum OFF - When you turn off your power tools, delays 5s to turn off the vacuum. After careful calculation and investigation, we find that 5S is enough to completely clean up your Inlet tube when you complete your work. So just saving your time, energy and electricity.
  • Premium Material Makes Extreme Durable and Safe - UL-certified 14AWG power cord which is US standard and allowable passage with a large current that more than 30A. Control box covered with full ABS V0 grade flame retardant material, more safe and reliable.
  • Wide Compatibility - Our automatic vacuum switch has a starting threshold of approximately 0.25 amps (27.5watts at 110V), perfectly suited for medium-sized work loads such as most Miter Saws, Table Saws, Power Sanders and Routers, and extend the life of your vacuum.

  • I can't STAND that these have no bypass switches wired in.
Most users will very soon find that they want to use the vacuum that's plugged into these for something else, and often this might be every few minutes, even. That's when you'll realize they should have included a simple bypass switch that turns your vacuum on WITHOUT having the power-tool running. Maybe you want to vacuum up some sawdust from your work area, or off of your work - it's GOING to happen. Without the bypass switch, you have to pull out the vac plug, then find another outlet for it, or ALSO pull out the switches main power plug, then plug your vac into it - and then you'll remember you also had to leave your vacuum ON for the auto-switch to work, so you might then have to switch it off until you're actually ready to do that little bit of cleanup...then reverse all of that silliness when you want to go back to 'AUTO' mode. Knowing something about electronics was my curse. I opened it up to make the simple modification, and by the time I was done installing a simple toggle-switch, something had gone wrong with the REST of the device. Since I'd modified it and couldn't trace down the problem, into the trash it went. So for me, the low price was a TERRIBLE bargain, because it was missing that bypass switch. All such switches should ALSO have pilot-lights of some kind built in, too, so you don't spend any more time than necessary wondering why your vacuum isn't turning on. ... show more

  • Won't work with most table saws & vacuums
I tried this out on three different table saws and two different chop saws with tow different vacuums and they just draw too many amps for the switch to work, it overloads the internal circuitry and the vacuum fails to operate. My advice is find an alternative. I have searched the web for a switch that will operate properly at higher amperage and so far I can't find one so I opted for a second paddle type switch that I mounted next to my table saw switch for my vacuum system, that works perfectly! I gave it two stars because it's nifty idea and some day someone will come up with one that actually works with the most common equipment used in workshops today. ... show more

  • Couldn't get it to work
Ended up returning it as it just wouldn't function. Ended up getting a more expensive iVAC switch which I recommend - the iVAC allows the use of separate circuits for the tool and vacuum, as both running off the same circuit may overload it.

  • It works
I wanted a way to have my dust collection vacuum come on when I used any power shop tools. This works great. I simply attached a plug strip to the device side and when I turn on a tool they vacuum automatically starts as well.

  • Led is very dim. But not bad.
The plastic for the mounting is very thin and easy to break when putting in a screw. The LED is only visible from directly in front of it which makes it pretty useless. Overall it’s cheap and it works. If I get another I’ll likely spend a little more to get one with a switch so I can turn on the vacuum without having to turn on the tool or move the plug ... show more

  • Works just as advertised
Made my chop saw a little easier to use. Turns on right after the saw and continues running 5 seconds after the saw. What more could you want?

  • Works perfect
Plug it in, according to the instructions and works perfectly. When you stop the tool, it has a few second delay, and allows the vacuum to run to clear the dust in the tool. I use this on my table saw and see an amazing difference in the clean up after use. I also only have portable tools, so I assemble it at the beginning of a project and dismantle and put it away at the end. Make sure you use a large capacity vacuum. ... show more

  • Will not work I turn on Cab Machine but the other oulet does not energize.
I needed this for use with my Cabochon (6 wheel polishing) machine, so the seperate water pump would come on when I turn on the Cab machine. Does not work! I did not ask for refund I will keep it and see if it will work for my table saw and vacuum this summer.
