1. It's beautiful 2. It's so extra 3. Do you need this, probably not, but is it a vibe! So buy it 4. Does it leak? I though it did at first, but what I realized was I was just moving my hand away too quick and some soap was left on the little nozzle and would drop down to counter. Even if it did drip a little I'd keep it. I'm going to get a cute soap dish to go underneath just in case to catch quick hand leftover soapies 5. I don't really care about the clock side, it's a cute touch I just like how it looks tho. Battery lasts long, charging is quick. 6. Get a tiny funnel to help pour soap in. 7. We installed ours with 3M Velcro strips, hold up nice and removable for refilling. The install stuff it came with looked like it would remove wall paint Get this!

I mixed softsoap and water 1:4 ratio, but it comes out more like bubbles than foam. Otherwise it works fine and is fairly simple to set up per the instructions. I'm okay with bubbles. I enjoy the convenience of the attractive wall mounted dispenser.

I ordered this back on December 30th of 2023 and 3 months later it doesn't work. Of course it looks nice but it will not hold up. I can't return it because it is out of the return window. What a waste of money. The junk the are selling us in America now is pathetic. All items should come with a year warranty because they know they are not selling us quality anymore. Only quantity.

This product was perfect for the first two months and then started leaking. I lose most of my soap because of the leaking. Had to revert to old soap dispenser so I don’t waste anymore soap. :(

We had a family funeral where people were gather for a few weeks for ceremonial purposes. This dispenser lasted through 3 plus weeks of constant use by a few hundred people. I forgot how many times I had to refill this and I only had to recharge this 3 times I think. The sensor is not as sensitive now, but I think it is just dirty. Once this round of soap is done I will flip it and see if cleaning it helps.
