I ordered the Palawaik Automatic Rebound Abdominal Wheel, Ab Roller Wheel. I had to exchange it because the first one delivered to me was missing the bar that goes through the main unit and on which the handles slide on to. There was a hole in one corner of the product box (which was in an outer shipping box) and that whole, I found out when the replacement arrived 2 days later, is the exact size of the bar. I'm guessing that the bar is lying around in an Amazon warehouse somewhere) since the bar was not in the Amazon shipping box and there was not hole in that box. I am making no negative adjustment to my star rating since this has nothing to do with the product, itself. The Palawaik Ab Roller wheel looks the photos on the product page. The rubber mat that was included is 13.5" x 6.75" and is just slight thicker than a standard mouse pad. You won't be able to put your knees very far apart (i.e., slightly less wide the the guy's knees in the photo). You could probably cut it in half if you need a wider spacing. I haven't used the mat yet and may not, but it is there if I need it. The Ab Roller comes with a smaller instruction pamphlet and descriptions of 6 exercises you can do using the Ab Roller. I weight 235# and the Ab Roller is working find for me doing the knee position exercise as shown in photo 3 on the product page. I am not going as stretched out or as flat to ground as the people shown in the video are doing...yet. I can feel it working both my abs and my lower/middle back. I'll eventually move up to the full stretch and do some of the other exercise modes in the pamphlet, some of which are shown in the video. At this point, I recommend this product for a good workout that you can do to whatever level feels comfortable to you. I will update and adjust my star rating if anything breaks
