First off, I really like this system. It is so easy to set up. You don't get a lot of the larger hose, so make sure you order more of that if you have a long run from your spigot. The timer is very easy to set and the water is easy to adjust to your needs. THAT BEING SAID...... I have changed this review from one star to five stars. I initially ordered two of these systems. One works perfectly. The other timer stopped working (two days after my return window closed) and I needed a new one. I contacted the company but they were slow in replying so I went directly to Amazon customer service. Even though I was outside the return window by over a week, Amazon made an exception and let me return the item for a refund. I ordered a replacement which was there the next morning. It works perfectly. Even though there was no reply from the company for several days, which is why I went to Amazon the company did contact me and offered a full refund, which I refused since Amazon had already worked it out for me. Pros: VERY easy to set up. Just cut to length, slide a twist connector onto the hose, slide the hose over the inlet of the sprinkler and twist the connector to tighten the hose. Easy! The connectors for the timer work the same. Cons: You don't get a lot of the 3/8" hose. Make sure you are aware of this before you order. You will want enough of the 3/8" hose to run from your spigot all the way through the area where you are watering so you can splice in the large 3/8" "reducer" connectors that you will use to connect the 1/4" hose to. My Advice: Map out your system and decide what connectors you will need. Order additional connectors/hose at the same time that you order this system. The hose is very flexible, so going around 90 degree corners doesn't really require a 90 degree connector. Just bend it around the corner without crimping the hose. I ordered 100' of 3/8" hose and needed additional straight connectors, which I ordered separately. You might need to order more if you are extending the 3/8" hose. I think you will really like this product. I use one system to water all of our in-ground plants around the front of our house, and the other to water the plants on our lanai. If we are gone for an extended time, our plants are still well taken care of.

I used it to set up a timer with the outside faucet for my outdoor flowers, I didn’t want the irrigation system from the house to be the ones taking care of the plants since I live in Texas so some of the flowers I had in the backyard required different amount of water and at different times and this solved the issue I was having, I’m extremely pleased! Setting it up is easy as well just real the instructions carefully and follow step by step! Do not free style this one.

Timer doesn't work. Water runs through the system non-stop no mater what I do. The screen contrast is uneven around the edges. Would not recommend.

I bought another irrigation system and I end up getting more plants so I went ahead and got this irrigation watering system And what I like about it is you can hook it up to a faucet and put a water timer so it's pretty much maintenance free and and ain't nothing worse than summer time to find out later that your plants didn't have any water and due time dried up from sun. I really like this type of irregation system Thank you

I picked thes up to install a small irrigation system in a small area. This is perfect. The product site does a great job of showing how it works. Installing this set will water about 32 annuals I have planted. I will install one between every two plants. I will need some additional 1/4” tubing but that’s easy to pick up on Amazon.

PRICE - for the function, the amount of tubing and the number parts, I thought this was very reasonable (BUT SEE LONGEVITY) INSTALLATION - Straightforward to start with. I would suggest planning out where you put the stakes first, then having along tubing reach up until the last stake, following the ideal course of the tubing. Then cut the tubing closest to the location of each stake. You may have to do adjustments, and that can be remedied by shortening or elongating the tubing going to the individual stake USE - When I first installed this, it worked really great. There were limitations on how many series of stakes you can use. At the 8th stake, the pressure was non-existent so I had to modify a few things, and to me that was understandable, but bear this in mind so you don't put in too much stake on each series. I have not tried putting them in parallel but I imagine that would greatly diminish the pressure. The machine was very straightforward to use, and simple. You can only do it on increments of hours though (every 12 hours, every 8 hours etc... you cannot adjust it and make it turn on at 8 am and the next one at 5 pm) LONGEVITY - I had only gotten 3.5 months out of this until the machine stopped working. It would still turn on, but it would not let me adjust the controls any more and it stopped irrigating AT ALL. My plants gave out because (this part is my fault) I noticed this a few days later. I understand that you get what you pay for, but honestly, I was expecting to get at least a year out of this. I will have to be looking at other systems, unfortunately
