Product arrived in separate shipment packages and was easy to setup (primarily just the net). Wheels make it easy to transport machine from one location to another. Machine can be operated off batteries or power cord which allowed ease of use as we preferred power cord. We been using the machine in 30 minute intervals for practice sessions, no issues thus far. Worst training product I have ever purchased. For 1800 dollars, this thing should work flawlessly. It does not. Assembly took me an hour. And I got it to work the first time. And then couldn’t get it to work again. I’m really upset. And how am I to return this thing? Shipping to return it will be 500 bucks. So now I can’t even return it. The net is torn. The zipper is broken on one of the nets. This is a joke. When I shoot the ball, it gets caught by the net, makes it halfway down the net, and then gets stuck and the net doesn’t shoot the ball into the machine. So then I have to mess with the poles to try and get the net the right tension, but there is NO guidance on how far to telescope the poles. I scoped them all the way out…ball gets stuck. I loosen them slowly adjusting each one, ball still gets stuck, 30 minutes goes by and I’m wondering why I’m bothering to do this when I just want my team to train and rebounding your own ball is not that big of a deal. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. DONT TRUST THE OTHER REVIEWS like I did. ... show more
