Worked great to press image onto my tumblers but it wouldn’t rotate…I had to quickly rotate it by hand…I’ve tried several cups and none were rotating…I contacted the seller and they said the original green one I bought was sometimes having power issues, so they sent me a new updated purple one that didn’t have the power issues…I hooked it up and it works perfect! Rotates on its own just like it’s supposed to! I was just going to go with it the way it was but I am so glad I contacted the seller! They were awesome to work with and sent me a new one right away…I had it a few days later!

These tumblers are excellent for sublimation. The coating takes the design beautifully and the colors come out vibrant. They come with lids and straws, which makes them even more convenient. Perfect for small businesses or personal crafts.

I have owned this press for a year. I have only used it 8 times. Tried making 4 tumblers and 4 mugs. I cannot get good image transfer no matter what I try. I have used Cricut infusible ink sheets and prints from my sublimation printer. I get missing areas of print on the completed product, from the top of the tumbler down to the bottom about 1" wide. The machine only rotates the tumbler a little bit. I have ensured I am attaching the transfer tightly, and I am taping it securely. All looks well until I remove the paper or transfer sheet, and by that time I am left with an unusable item. I spent a lot of money on this machine. Wish I had purchased a cheaper, less automatic option. I purchased a Cricut mug press and I don't have any issues with image transfer using it. I have not tried it with tumblers.

This Tumbler Heat Press is almost perfect! I recommend not using shrink wrap, as you'll end up trying to clean the little pieces of shrink wrap that stick to the sides. I gave it four stars only because the movement causes ghosting at the bottom of the tumbler sometimes, and there's a fishy smell to it at times. Other than that, I enjoy using it. I wish it had two sides to it where you could sublimate two tumblers at the very same time.

I had to step it up from my toaster oven 😆 It only took a few demo tries to get it right. Make sure to follow the instructions carefully, you must warm make sure to warm up the machine with a blank tumbler. I would also recommend watching some YouTube vids to get a real tutorial. All in all, it is a great addition to making tumblers. Highly recommend!
