Easily can read any vehicle. My 3500 truck had been in and out shop faced with same problem after they have replaced many parts. I connected the scanner erased all codes and retuned the truck fired right up drove it around for about 30miles to make sure no codes will reappear and it’s been running good ever since! Scanner works likeable champ after setting it up and preforming the updates. Have used it on many us and foreign vehicles. Does more than I expected and saved me hours of work. I bought this scanner because tech support said it was capable of setting the differential size\ring gear pinion factor on my 2002 Dodge Dakota. After receiving the scanner, it was determined that it was not capable of setting my differential size\ring gear pinion factor. I thought about sending it back, but decided to keep it because I was so impressed with the overall package. The scanner seems to be very well made and it comes in a blow molded case which offers great protection for the unit. The main reason for keeping it was its wireless connectivity and its TPMS programming capability. I can now take car of any TPMS issues that my vehicles encounter without having to go to the tire shop. ... show more

Just want to upgrade my OBD2 Code Reader. After time looking at scanners decide to go with the Autel MaxiCOM MK808S-TS Bidirectional Scanner. Manny functions including the TPSM system, which I already use to register the new TPMS sensors in my Toyota ECU. I was a breeze with this scanner. I'm sure that I will be using the Bidirectional function on my newer cars. At first a little complicated to use. But once you figure it out works great. I do most of the work on my owns cars and this scanner would be a most have tool on the toolbox. ... show more

So far I've used it on several Nissan vehicles that had engine misfire codes. These vehicles are compact, so the intake manifold covers the coil packs and the sparkplugs making conventional misfire detection very difficult.     • Product misrepresentation
This product does not perform the task that they give the impression that it will do. They have tons of videos on you tube showing you how to program key fobs, after attempting to program an additional key fob for my car I found that only erases the current key fob and will not program another which was confirmed after speaking with Autel Support, it cost $150.00 to have my key fob reprogramed. I'm getting very tired of receiving these products from Amazon which are mis represented, it's not worth the time it takes to order the product, wait for it to arrive, and then find out that it does not work, and may even cost you money because of its misrepresentation. ... show more
