I could definitely tell the difference in my teeth after the first day.. Easy to use but in some places in the back of my teeth the inside of adhesive didn’t stick well. The adhesive on the front of your teeth stuck nicely though. When I took them off after 30 mins I didn’t have to rinse my mouth out and the taste wasn’t hardly anything. Definitely worth the money!!!

I've never used whitening strips before but wanted to try some that weren't too expensive just in case they didn't work. I got the 4% peroxide strips. I didn't see anything in the instructions about how often to use these strips so I just use them twice a week. I can definitely tell a difference. My teeth are a couple shades lighter, it's a subtle difference.

Whitening strips have a great grip when placed on teeth. However you must use them daily to achieve the results you desire. It definitely will not Whitening from one use. I think it's a worthwhile purchase to keep on hand when doing self care.

They were great. Easy to use, They definitely stuck to my teeth. I have used them twice and they appear to work I am sure if I left them on longer that the change in color of my teeth would be more noticeable. The price was great! They work just as well as the name brand ones

After two uses, this kit has yielded noticeable results per session. The silicone applicator shape is comfortable enough for a 30 minute period, especially when you see the results per use. I’ve never had my teeth whitened before nor payed attention to food or drinks that may stain. This is my first time using this product. The gel has had no negative impact on my teeth or gum sensitivity. The light is super bright, the cable and case feel well constructed. Single touch button works perfect to the lightest touch and it beeps and turns off after 30 minutes of use. Did some research, did some prep, I’m brushing my teeth using sensodyne toothpaste (started using at same time as whitening product), flossing and following the directions included with the kit and avoiding staining foods and so far so good. I will use this product as recommended for 7 days while avoiding staining foods during this period of use. Again, do some research, whitening opens up pores in your teeth that you’ll want to close when you are finished with this product. When I’m done using it I plan to avoid staining foods for 1-3 more days after to make sure my teeth stay as absolutely white as they can until my pores close back up and then I’ll use it here or there as necessary, maybe like once every 3-4 months after. I shopped and compared all products and am happy with this product. If you are reading this, I am still happy with this product and would recommend it in a heartbeat. It may not work well for you if you have other health conditions as I’ve read in another review. Otherwise 10/10.

These are fast-acting and easy to use. They are really sticky and sometimes hard to get off of your teeth. I also found them to irritate my gums at times. But they are very effective!
