This is my first laser engraver and wanted to start off with something thats not too expensive. This was very reasonably priced compared to some others. The packaging was very good and secure to prevent damage from shipping. Each part was secure and fit tightly in foam slots. Assembly instructions are decent but its best to watch the video as its a lot more easier and faster to follow the steps in the video vs reading instructions. Once assembled, its ready to go! Totally love the speed and performance and the engraving is of stellar quality! Comes with everything you need to get started with, including safety goggles and some blanks. Very happy with this product!

YouTube tutorial is much better than the instructions. It’s not rocket science either way but the visual process helps a ton. Not many videos on how to set up the air assist correctly however. It’s nice this machine has that capability but need better assistance to set it up. No sensors to sense where n when to stop when homing. For beginners a little more to learn and figure out right away. Not a huge deal because you can set it up to avoid doing it in your program and you should be learning lots of stuff before you even get one. Worked great with light burn for me, tons of info and help online to get started. Makes really nice cuts and engravings once you figure out your settings for different materials. Overall definitely good for beginners like me, just a few extra things mentioned above that can help make the learning process smoother. The product itself is very solidly made, and they offer lots of additional products to make it even better. I have their laser bed too, to avoid cutting my working surface. Works great too.
