I can't say enough good things about these headphones. I had some issues but I called their support and Kellie was amazing. It ended up that my problems were caused by me having the dock behind the TV. Since there was no other place to put it, she suggested I just plug the charger in the wall and charge the headphones that way. I've had no problems since I started doing this. I'm wondering if some of you might be having the same problem. As far as the volume buttons being black on black, I don't take the headphones off to turn them up or down, I know they're on the bottom, and there's 3 buttons. I run my finger along the bottom and feel the 3 buttons to turn the volume up or down or mute it. I always had to read the words on TV and I could never really watch the movie, after a while, I didn't know who was saying what. I'm amazed at the clarity through these headphones, I can hear everything. My husband bought these for me and I can't thank him enough. I bought them for my 95 yr old sister and she's not having any problems finding the volume buttons or how to place them on the charging dock. Honestly, if you have a problem, call the company's customer support. They will walk you through everything. It's so so worth it.

I just noticed another reviewer stated that these broke in three places, and I'm reviewing here to say that mine broke too! I had them a little less than a year, and first the sides broke, then the top. The plastic that should have been flexible just snapped. They still played, but slid around on my head like a hat in the wind. I see that this is no longer available, so that's a good thing. The sound on these was ok, but they were very heavy, and very fiddly to get them turned on. Also, placing the phones on the stand was awkward and difficult to get right, without risking sliding it on too hard and damaging the charging pins. Happily, on Deal Day I found these at a great price: WallarGe Wireless Headphones for TV Watching with 5.8GHz RF Transmitter Charging Dock, Plug and Play, 100 Ft Wireless Range, Rechargeable 20 Hour Batt So far they are working great, and much easier to use, but I'll wait to review for a month or so.

The headset was relatively easy to connect to my smart TV. I used the optical connection. The TV provides the option of listening both through the headset and also transmits through the connected sound bar allowing those who need an increased volume level to enjoy that option via the headset while keeping the volume at a normal setting on the TV set. The headset does require some patience when seeking the connection to the TV. Once you activate the headset and the light on the headset turns blue, it’s a matter of linking the headset to the TV by depressing the lower button on the headset for approximately three seconds and then listening to the beeping sound for up to 10 seconds or so until the connection occurs. On occasion, I’ve had to turn off the headset and then turn it back on again to establish a better connection. All in all, I am very satisfied with this headset.

I originally purchased a set from a different brand that I returned because of several issues. I'm thrilled I chose these for my second purchase as they couldn't be any easier to set up and they worked perfectly. Unlike my first purchase, these have no lag between the TV speakers and the headphones, which is very important if there are others watching a program. The charging procedure is great. Just place the headphones on top of the transmitter. No need to fumble around to plug them into a charger cord. The volume controls are large enough to use easily and the headphones are reasonably comfortable. The product is well worth the small extra money.

These work Great! They were easy to set up with my dads brand new LG TV. They are easy to charge. The sound is great and he can wear them and mute the tv or leave the tv on for others to watch at the same time. I totally recommend and would buy them again. A YEAR LATER - They worked great but now they have a buzzing noise or a beeping noise and they dont work!!! Bummer My dad also said the buttons are hard to find. You have to take the headphones off to control the volume and the buttons are hard to see. Would help if they were raised

The products are fantastic once you’re able to hook it up. I found it difficult to hook up because the wires are so short to further complicate things the plug that powers the unit had a wiring short it so it would only work intermittently . I purchased a 25 foot RCA cable , with an 3.5 mm end and the new plug. The problem being the person I purchased this product for is not ambulatory so recharging the headphones will be extremely difficult do the proximity of the short cables. The longer cables allow her to charge the headphones at arms length. The product, however, is fantastic in that provide quality sound , however the black on black for volume control and mute it’s very hard to see . I had to improvise with white stickers for greater visibility .The little blue light on the headphone is also difficult to see at 65 or 85 . It is advertised for the elderly, but I wonder if they actually did a focus group with the elderly before they went into production . I’m 65 my hearing and eye sight is not what it once was , I’ll have some difficulty seeing the Pryor mentioned . My mother-in-law is 85 and this product has added a better quality to her life , and those who go to visit that were once deafened by the TV volume. Here’s an idea it would be nice if those headphones were compatible for conversation as well.
