My wife and I needed a stereo cabinet to hold our media room stereo equipment. I looked online at several places and just thought the prices were just too high for something that was only being used to house our stereo equipment on. I wanted something that did not look cheap, but also something that looked eloquent enough to be in our media room. After an exhausted search and review of multiple stereo cabinets I chose the Rfiver AV Component Media Stand Stereo Cabinet. I was afraid that for the price and the simplicity of it that not only would it look cheap, but it would feel cheap as well. Putting it together was extremely simple. To my surprise it was very sturdy and it looked very good! Needless to say it fits beautifully in the media room! It is used to hold the stereo receiver, the 4k DVD player, remotes, 3D glasses and some DVD’s. I believe we are certainly getting good use out of it and it still looks beautiful!     • Piece missing but CS sent replacement - really nice cabinet
Packaging was excellent with a double outer box with about a 1" Styrofoam spacer between the two boxes, and each piece of glass was well wrapped and all the pieces and parts well isolated from the glass and each other so there was little chance of anything getting scratched or dented in shipping, or the glass breaking - lots of Styrofoam between the glass shelves. Assembly was a breeze. The only problem was there is a plastic inner piece that goes in the chrome metal foot on each corner that captures the nut and serves as a built in wrench for each corner. There were only 3 of these in the box. These plastic parts, the metal feet and the 4 nuts were all in a sealed bag and I could see that there were only three plastic parts before I opened the bag, so I know I didn't misplace the part. I assumed I would have to return the entire cabinet to Amazon to get one with all the parts, but I emailed the company's customer service at the address in the instructions (no searching the internet required!). They responded within hours and had a replacement set of feet in the mail with a tracking number the next day. Unfortunately, they sent parts for the wrong model of feet. I get the feeling they change suppliers and some parts change while the model number does not. No worries, another 2 emails to be certain which part was missing and another set of (correct) feet were in the mail a day later. I did notice that the holes in the glass were a bit rough with chips around the perimeter of the holes, but these are well hidden when the posts and legs are assembled and the outer, visible, edges of each shelf are nicely rounded and smooth. I have no complaints with the final assembled cabinet. Finally assembled and tightened up, the cabinet looks great and I think this product is very fairly priced. ... show more

It took some hunting but I'm glad I found this elegant but sturdy stand. My last stand that I've had for over 20 years required me to remove the wooden sides from my preamp and power amplifier to fit inside the support legs of the stand. This is a very inexpensive stand, sturdy and easy to assemble. It looks great and fits my gear. My last stand was $400 compared to this $72 stand. Happy with my purchase. ... show more

It was so so easy to install and I didn’t need one tool is very smart how they came out with in the end of the installation you just twist the legs with your hand and everything get nice and tight I’m very happy with my new table the glass shelf matches my surround system I’m one happy camper 👍

    • Looks good, but has some issues...
My package showed up with multiple assembly pieces broken in half. I had to reach out to their customer service team who were relatively helpful and sent replacement parts, but the fact that the assembly pieces can break so easily is concerning. The assembly pieces are made of cheap plastic, and while it's hard to tell in photos, I think buyers should be aware. The actual glass shelves are the nicest feature of the shelf. Assembly itself is relatively easy, but it's almost impossible to get the tubes to line up correctly with plastic plates. Even after assembly, while the shelf feels sturdy enough, I can visually see the imperfection of the four tubes. They just don't make a straight line. Part of the issue is the assembly pieces are of poor quality and are inconsistent. Overall, a decent stand for a novice or someone on a budget. I would have (and should have) paid a little bit more money for a stand of higher quality. For now, this stand will be sufficient but I will likely upgrade within the year. For the money, it's really not a bad shelf. It will look nice in a contemporary home and hold all of your components with ease, but I would recommend spending $20 - $30 more and getting something that's significantly higher quality. ... show more
