System inop ..... Just blank screen after windows update. Lasted almost 7 months.... Trash, Don't buy HP, they're crap.! After 7 months of off again, on again I think maybe it's working correctly. Had to get into the system in safe mode and update the drivers... Purchased what I thought was a new laptop in June 23, recieved early July 2023, but found out yesterday (8 Feb 24) that the warranty expired in June 2022??? Be carefully who you buy from. Update. System down again. Just blank screen... lasted mabe 4 days before going south again. What a pice of S. .t... Update .. Still a POS 2/27/24 ... show more

It started out being an adequate laptop, but overshadowing its good points is how neither Amazon nor HP have been willing to address the screen failure several days before the 90-day mark. Huge confidence killer in HP's quality, and surprisingly poor support from Amazon and HP. Several weeks later, still holding a broken unit and having to consider buying from brick-and-mortar shop so they'll stand behind the device. ... show more

The laptop so far has exceeded expectations other than not having the ability to connect via wire to the internet. Get the 16 gigs of ram version if you do get this laptop, Windows 11 runs much smoother with it. Screen is very vibrant and bright, speakers are nice for a laptop. This can play a surprising amount of games as well, minecraft runs perfect. Keyboard is a little cheap, but that is my only other complaint. If I had to use this every day I would be just fine. ... show more

Amazing product, the only issue I saw is the network adapter which seems that cant handle high speed connections, but with that apart, the laptop is behaving wonderful, perfect for my needs.
