  • Great if you only want to use them wirelessly.
These headphones are actually really nice. Hefty, solid build quality with very good sound. Nice booming lows and crisp highs. Pretty much everything expected with a 200$ pair of headphones. Except if you want to use them wired. It has been a hair pulling hastle to attempt to get these to work with my Scarlett Solo. I know I should've bought the wired version of these, but stupid me thought the color was too cool to pass up. Pretty much no other 3.5mm cables work with these. Only the cable that comes with it. And of course there is no quarter inch thread, so connecting these to a quarter inch jack is gonna be troublesome. After buying 20 bucks worth of adapters and extensions, I realized it still didn't work. And to my avail, the cable that came with them is bad. So yeah, great sound and quality, but for the love of god please don't make the removable jack proprietary. I don't want to spend any more money on adapters and cables. ... show more

  • Sounds Great But a Few Issues to be Aware
I like the sound and the headphones come with a nice carrying case....but have a few issues: Audio Cable: Besides being very short (1.2 meters).... one end of the cable has a connector with three black bands (TRRS) and the other end has two black bands (TRS). I initially had the TRRS connector plugged into my Focusrite audio interface and the other end plugged into the headphones. In this configuration the middle range was so muddled that I could not make out any voices. When I turned the cable around and plugged the TRRS 3 band connector into the headphones it works fine. Wasted time trying to figure this out. Initially I thought something was wrong with the Focusrite. Charging Cable: Amazingly short (about 12in). Hopefully you have somewhere to put the headphones next to the usb hub. Bluetooth: Initially bluetooth was not recognized by my Mac, Android mobile, or my Amazon kindle. I placed a trouble ticket with Audio Technica and found out the I had to perform a hard reset of the headphone's bluetooth by turning on bluetooth power and pressing the 3 buttons all the same time for about 10 seconds. The written instructions don't say anything about this. Wasted some more time trying to figure this out. Besides that I'm very pleased with the purchase. ... show more

  • Not comfortable for me
Unfortunately they just don't work for my ears, uncomfortable. The sound production is very good however I can hear faint static noise when music is quite, very noticeable when doing anything other then listening to music. Finally the passive noise isolation isn't great, however they can get pretty load so it's not that noticeable if the volume is turned up Overall. A solid 7/10 ... show more

  • Excellent sound in a comfortable package
I'm really loving these headphones. I've had them for a couple weeks now, and use the wired connection for my computer all day, then disconnect to go out on the town. The sound is very nicely balanced, with a shade more bass than neutral, which is exactly what I wanted. The battery is still going strong on the first charge, so I'm not worried about having to constantly recharge it. The only caution I'd give you is if you are using wired mode, these headphones only come with a 4 ft cable. If you want something longer like I did, make sure you get a slim-profile 3.5 mm plug. Most of the cables on the market are too fat to properly get into the recessed jack on the headphones. ... show more

  • These are really good
Headphones I own: Beyerdynamic DT 770 PRO Audio-Technica ATH-M50xBTGM Sennheiser 660s Wanted wireless headphones for a variety of reasons for around the house. Wireless, decent sound, better than I was expecting. Wired, wow, they've made me regret buying my 770's! I actually prefer them to the 770's wired, and they have the extra ability of being wireless. No brainer. Not to mention they're not as harsh on the top end like the 770's are known for. Some BT controls don't seem to work over PC (pause/play, skip). But works fine with a mobile device. Not as comfortable as my 770's, but far from being a deal breaker. ... show more

  • Desktop Gamer Headset Replacement... pretty decent
After some heavy reviews on different headsets I settled on this one because of the wireless and accessory availability. I'm replacing gamer headsets that I've been using for years and right off the bat these headphones are noticeably on a higher level than your average gamer ones. Pretty impressed and great value. Things left to be desired: -- You cannot charge the device and use bluetooth wireless at the same time, you have to use a 3.5mm audio jack if you want to charge and listen. -- Battery life is "okay" could be better ... show more

  • Solid purchase
I bought these headphones after numerous hours of research and comparing different sets. I got these to replace a pair of Sennheiser HD450BT that were stolen from me at work. Very satisfied with the replacement. First of all, excellent sound quality, excellent battery life, comfy after hours of listening. They came with the hard case which I don't really use that much but it is a solid case. ... show more

  • Solid Bluetooth headphones, simple and effective.
Looked forever for quality over ear wireless headphones, the wired version used to squeeze head too much, absolutely love these!! Sound is top notch, deep bassi quality vocal clarity, use for playing guitar and music in general. Ear cups are comfy and after 4 hours of use ears not sore or head sweaty, don’t waste your time with Bose or other noise cancelling types, these are plenty noise cancelling and no sound bleed. Battery life is solid, get about 6 hours of constant use out of them and comparable to AirPods. Would buy again. Have had Bose, Sony, B&O and damn near all over ear “high end” headphones, these beat them all, don’t have to deal with all the hit or miss reviews either. ... show more
