These chairs are very comfortable and they were easily put together but the metal straps in the seat bottom broke after only a week. We are not big people just regular sizes. Buttons popped off of one of the cushions. When we do purchase anymore deck furniture we will buy local. UPDATE 9/27/23 Now one of the main braces in the bottom is broken. This is not fixable. First issue was some of the plastic wicker was broke on the bottom of the chair. I was able to re-wrap, and used super glue and wrapped black electrical tape around it so that it is not really noticeable and it is at the bottom of the chair. The instructions did come with the chairs but not the table. I did figure the table out but had to wait till I used all the screws to know for sure which screws went to the table. The pictures could be more descriptive as the picture did not always look just like the part I was to use. The screws for the chair frame are screwed into the frame, meaning the bolt is implanted for you in the frame. I had trouble because some of the "plastic wicker" was covering the holes I needed and I did not want to break the webbing by pushing it with the screw driver to get to the whole. I was able to move them enough but two holes seemed to be stripped and was stripping my screw. I went to the local hardware store and they advised a tapping tool that you put on your drill and I was able to re-thread the hole to take the screw. Lastly, I need to contact the seller because my one cushion, the button in the middle has the thread broken so that it does not hold the center of the pillow as it should. I would like a replacement for this the rest I was able to fix myself. The chairs do look great. If I had bought these locally I would have taken them back for a new set but since they were shipped I fixed what I could. These are not cheap. ... show more

Assembly was easy as long as you pay close attention to the pictures and labeling. Cushions are great when placed correctly, the button cushion is the back, plain one the seat. Rocking motion is fine. They are sturdy and comfortable. I added 2 ottomans and relaxing on my porch is sheer bliss.

Beautiful product nice and roomy but; the instructions were terrible and I had to go to Home Depot to get more screws for the base! There were screws inside that were to small and not for this product. I would've gave a 5 if I at least had all the right hardware.

I am in love with this set that my hubby got for me for my birthday. I was keeping one outside (small deck) and one inside in my dining room. This is very wide and comfortable seating. I love the swivel feature and that I can easily bring the cushions inside. I will be keeping the chairs both inside for the winter to help preserve them. I'm not sure that I need to do this, but I did already notice some discoloring of the hardware on the chair that was outside for the past 2.5 months. ... show more
