I have been using this laser engraver for several weeks now and I am very satisfied with the product. It is powerful, reliable and has great engraving results. There are some things that could be improved, but generally it is a good purchase and I rate this machine 4 stars. I ordered this laser engraver for engraving personalized gifts, such as cutting boards and other wood-based projects. The finished engraving looks nice, details are precise and lines are clear. The advertised 0.06mm accuracy seems to be accurate. Small text, fine art, detailed logos and other intricate designs look amazing. The laser is strong enough to cut thin wood and plywood. Together with auto air assist, this laser cutter can make clean and fast cuts. The assembly process was simple and the result looks strong and stable. I like the eye protection shield installed on the laser module and I think it is a useful option even though I still use laser safety glasses. The setup of the software was not complicated and after some time I managed to get started successfully. There is one thing that I think all the new owners of this machine should pay extra attention to is the power supplies. This machine comes with two power supplies and they are extremely alike. Since both plugs fit the ports, it is easy to connect the wrong plug and use the machine improperly. The blower works on 24V power supply and gantry/laser works on 12V power supply. I highly recommend to label the power supplies right after opening the box with the machine because otherwise the confusion will surely occur. This is not a serious flaw of this machine, but the power supply could have been labeled in the factory. I would rate this machine 4 stars because of some things that could have been improved. Firstly, it is rather complicated to dial in the perfect settings. Many experiments with the settings are required to use all the possible materials because of different speeds and powers needed. Secondly, although the machine is able to cut wood, thick materials require several passes which increases the time spent on projects. I did not expect this laser cutter to perform in the same way as the laser cutter with more power but I think that the marketing materials make such mistakes. Another problem is the smoke management. Despite the auto air assist, proper ventilation or even an enclosure is definitely needed for indoor use because of the generated smoke and smell. Finally, the last thing that could be improved is cable management and overall machine organization. This is not a deal-breaker but the setup looks not so neat as in some high-end laser systems. In addition to that I would say about the power supply problem described above. Overall, this machine exceeds my expectations and I am very pleased with my purchase. It helped me to produce professional projects in my workshop and to earn some money through custom orders. If you are looking for a good laser engraver for woodworking, leather engraving, personalized products and light duty cutting, this is the best choice for you.

I've had several ATOMSTACK engravers and have always had a good experience with the brand, so I was excited to try the A10 Pro V2. The engraver itself works as described and delivers the accuracy and performance I've come to expect from ATOMSTACK. Setup is manageable, engraving results are clean, and overall I'm happy with how the machine performs. Unfortunately, mine did not come with the auto air assist that the listing claims is included. That's a pretty significant feature to be missing and was frustrating, especially since it was one of the advertised selling points. Aside from the missing air assist, I really like the engraver and haven't had issues with its actual performance. I'm docking one star specifically because of the missing advertised accessory. If everything had arrived as listed, this easily would have been a 5-star product for me.

This isn't my first laser. I also have friends with lasers. So a mildly experienced novice user. I know enough to tell different grades, but not enough to really know what I am doing like the experts that have been doing this for years. The instructions putting together the basic engraver gantry are good. You need to pay attention to the little details in the pictures, but it is accurate and goes together per the instructions. Basic tools to assemble the gantry are included, Allen keys and open end wrench. A cutter for the zip ties is the only tool I needed that isn't included. There are 2 power supplies included and this can be an issue. The look almost the same, they will plug in either way. The blower uses the 24V The gantry and laser use the 12V Don't get those mixed up. As long as you know that and plug them in right it is good. But the potential to get it wrong exists. OK, what I really love. This can cut amazing detail. My first try at cutting was thin corrugated cardboard from a box of protein bars. Thin corrugated cardboard. Started with text, a letter T. Blower on high, power almost maxed out, speed medium slow. Couple seconds later and the cut was done. Single pass and it cut cleanly. Ok, step up the game. Took an image of a motorcycle, did the trace function, took just the outer line and went to cut it. This took a couple minutes. When done there were the finest cuts. This was a scrap piece of cardboard just doing a test cut. There are details as thin as a hair. There is the brake line on the handlebar that it cut out. Thin as a hair, cut both layers and the corrugation in the middle. Absolutely amazing how fine this cut a random box. If you are comparing this to a non-air assist, get this one. The air assist bumps this to the next level. It will do everything a non air assist will do, but it will do more as well. And a better job of it. I've done engraving before. This will throttle down (and turn the air down to engraving) and do that fine. But the abality to cut. And cut clean. Air assist is a massive leap over the regular engraver. This has finer detail than my friends 80W CO2 laser. There are proper safety glasses provided as well. proper filtering for the wavelength of laser light.

I've really been enjoying using this laser engraver. The engraving quality is very sharp and detailed, and it has done a great job on wood, leather, acrylic, and other materials I've tried. Once everything is assembled and set up, it's actually pretty easy to learn, even if you're still somewhat new to laser engraving. The instructions take a little time to go through, but after that it's pretty straightforward. I also really like the auto air assist because it helps produce cleaner engravings with less burning around the edges. The machine feels sturdy and well built, and it's been reliable every time I've used it. The working area is a nice size for making signs, crafts, gifts, and small business projects. Overall, I'm very impressed with the quality and performance, and I think it's a great laser engraver for both beginners who want to learn and more experienced users looking for a dependable machine. I got a smaller sized machine before this one that helped me to understand how to really use a laser engraver and it also really helped me to enjoy and appreciate this! it's such a powerful amazing engraver. Great value!

I have been using laser engravers for years. This one is much better designed and constructed than most. Set up was quick and easy. Operation is straightforward. There are many online resources explaining this and similar machines. If you're not very experienced, watch some of them before you begin. Build quality is terrific. The accuracy and definition of the laser is great. The auto air assist is a superb new feature. This machine really is very fast, very accurate, and user friendly.

I’ve been using the A10 Pro V2 for a while now, and I think it’s a good option for anyone who wants to try laser engraving without sinking a lot of money into it. At under $250 when I got it, it’s an affordable way to find out whether this is a hobby you want to pursue. It also includes air assist, which is something beginners often end up adding sooner rather than later. It helps produce cleaner cuts and reduces scorching around the edges. Assembly was easy as long as I followed the directions. It isn’t complicated, but it’s definitely one of those “don’t skip steps because you think you know what comes next” situations. Once everything was assembled and connected, I didn’t have any issues getting started. A 10W laser is enough for many common projects, including engraving wood and leather, cutting thinner wood, and marking coated or anodized metal. My first wood engraving came out clean, and the air assist kept the edges from getting as dark as they did with my older laser. It’s a useful starting point if you’re still experimenting and aren’t ready to move directly into one of the more powerful and expensive machines. One thing to plan for is the work surface. A honeycomb bed isn’t included, so I recommend adding one along with a nonflammable protective surface underneath it. You’ll also need proper ventilation, and because this is an open-frame laser, eye and fire safety need to be taken seriously. It’s a beginner-friendly machine with enough power to handle a good range of projects, and the included air assist makes it a better value than many basic starter models.
