I ordered this Atomstack 20W A20 PRO V2, because I am familiar with the Atomstack brand and app. I am an almost 70 year old woman and I was able to assemble this laser engraver, without any help, but it took me about an hour. I had trouble tightening some screws, but it might have been from my poor eyesight. The instructions are pretty good and all the screws are packaged and labeled by assembly step. This laser engraver came with safety glasses, several allen wrenches, and a flash drive. I had a hard time getting the laser engraver to connect to my wifi, until I inserted the flash drive in the USB slot. I had to connect first to the laser engraver wifi (the name started with the word laser) and guessed the password (12345678). Then I was able to add the laser engraver to my WiFi, 2.4g. I only use the Atomstack app for Windows, on my laptop and the IOS app, for my iPhone. There are a lot of free models, available from the app and they are both pretty easy to figure out. The area that it can engrave is about 14”x15”. This laser engraver takes up a large area of my table, but it cuts/engraves larger pieces of wood, and can cut/engrave several different kinds of materials. It can cut through 1/2” wood, in one pass, but I haven’t tried that, yet. I like the frame feature, that allows you to view the size of the cut or engraving and adjust it to engrave the right spot. I have a honey comb and you should think about getting one, too, if you plan to cut any depth of wood. Also, it is kind of loud. I use a dedicated room, with a door that closes. I also have an air extraction fan, and an enclosure, to remove the fumes from my house, through a window. If you are looking for a powerful diode laser, this one is quick and does a good job. Always focus the laser, before using it and do a test print, on scrap wood, before engraving your project. Also, always supervise your engraver, while it is running. It has a pause button, in the app, if you need to be away from your project.

ATOMSTACK A20 PRO V2 20W Output Laser Engraver, 0.06mm High Accuracy Laser Cutter for Wood, Metal, Acrylic and Glass, Professional DIY Laser Engraving Machine with Eye Protection. I really like Atomstack products, great machines, great lasers, okay software, difficult to connect. This is my most powerful laser to date. Assembly was simple enough, although I did have to undo two of the frame members and swap them around. Look at my photos to save you the trouble if you get this, only one has the holes drilled to accept the control unit, and the word Atomstack faces you upside down, not the way I would have expected. As with every Atomstack product I own, it only connects when you are about to give up in frustration. This would not connect to my wifi in any way, it would only connect to my tablet by creating a WLAN, then it tells me I can't do anything until I download a firmware update for it, which I can no longer do because I am not on the internet anymore, I am just a two way connection between my tablet and the laser. Eventually after messing around with USB sticks and keep changing connections I managed to update the firmware, and thankfully part of that new firmware update now allowed the laser to connect normally to my wifi. One other issue with the engraving menu in the Atomstack app, when picking materials there is no plywood option! Why, surely that is the most common material people would be using.
